Created a successful onboarding program for the Content and Test Development Division within the Assessment organization. Using exit interview and needs assessment data, the onboarding program focused on organizational, cultural, and technical information to ensure our new team members' success. Support, retention, and engagement were positively impacted. 

Successfully managed our division's summer internship program where college students were fully immersed in the test development experience. Interns also participated in a career development program based on their goals, questions, and interests in preparation to secure a full-time position after their college graduation. Several interns were encouraged to apply for jobs within the organization upon graduation.

Developed a cohort model for team leaders addressing performance interventions, training, rewards, recognition, and team building activities that increased item quality, appropriate resource allocations and team effectiveness. This work happened immediately after a re-organzation to provide support and clear expectations for team leader effectiveness.

Served as the Lead Team Leader for the Mathematics Team where I managed all of the test development needs within specific state projects in a fast paced environment.  I interacted with clients, developed and monitored a strong team of Math Test Developers, and implemented appropriate work plans to produce high quality tests that met required specifications within deadline and budget. Recognized for delivering quality feedback and having powerful conversations with team members regarding performance, career trajectory, and recognition.
