This month, I wrapped up a 4.5-year journey in my second fractional Chief of Staff role. It was a meaningful experience that taught me more than I could have anticipated.

As a 3/5 Projector (Human Design), I learn through direct experience. Sometimes growth means recognizing you have enough data, and it's time to move forward.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆.

The most meaningful surprise was the messages from community members. They shared how our work together has made a lasting impact. Tools they still use. Values that shifted. And hope they're carrying forward.
