l have experience as an advocate in the High court, Calcutta for more than 30years now I am very much interested to do some work on commercial law and law relating contract and company law others then India,l think that Indian laws are similar to the laws like UK and USA and there are some defects and others countries may have some defects if the merits of   laws of one country can be replaced in the laws of others countries,it would be one of the best job in the field of law
