Here's why we built it (a bit of backstory):

ContactOut grew 60% in 2025. To keep scaling, we needed more qualified leads hitting our sales team faster.
But after sometime it created a bottleneck, as managers spent all their time sourcing leads instead of coaching reps.

So we flipped it. Gave reps the tools to own their pipeline themselves.
It worked!

Reps started to add AI research in the workflow-  sharper angles, better outreach. 
But not every rep wanted to learn prompting, it's too time-consuming and too expensive to get wrong. Many times it becomes disappointing because the workflows are not easy to create.

So we took the prompts our top reps were already using and built them directly into the tool.

We built this for our team. It worked so well, we had to share it.

As the Head of Growth at Wisdom Hatch, 
I collaborate closely with Akshat Shrivastava, my friend and mentor, on Business Operations, Management, Content research, writing, and Courses.

We aim to build a strong and resilient community of learners and leaders who can achieve their goals and dreams. 

This is a major pivot from my previous field and degree in Computer Science, 
But I have embraced change and stepped out of my comfort zone, thanks to the support of my family and friends.

Before joining Wisdom Hatch, I was an Associate Software Engineer at Qualcomm.
Here I contributed to the development and testing of XR chipsets, enhancing the user experience with cutting-edge technology. 

I also participated in several live consulting work experience programs, where I honed my skills in problem-solving, communication, and content writing. 

Additionally, I held leadership roles in Toastmasters International and Microsoft Campus Club, where I developed my management, public speaking, and teamwork abilities. 

I graduated from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science in 2022.
