Here's why we built it (a bit of backstory):

ContactOut grew 60% in 2025. To keep scaling, we needed more qualified leads hitting our sales team faster.
But after sometime it created a bottleneck, as managers spent all their time sourcing leads instead of coaching reps.

So we flipped it. Gave reps the tools to own their pipeline themselves.
It worked!

Reps started to add AI research in the workflow-  sharper angles, better outreach. 
But not every rep wanted to learn prompting, it's too time-consuming and too expensive to get wrong. Many times it becomes disappointing because the workflows are not easy to create.

So we took the prompts our top reps were already using and built them directly into the tool.

We built this for our team. It worked so well, we had to share it.

But here’s something I’ve realised over the past few months.
𝘉𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.

Whether that’s running or building something like LiveHaus.

💪 Show up again.
💪 Do the work again.
💪 Have the conversations again.
💪 Run the kilometres again.

Because eventually something interesting happens.
Momentum builds.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐬, 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩.

Which is exactly what we’re seeing now.

Hey Saurabh, what’s been your biggest learning since running your own thing? Simple.

Don’t get drunk on the highs.
Don’t drown in the lows.
Stay level headed and grounded at all the times.

There are days everything clicks.
Sponsors align. Speakers confirm. Tickets move.

And then there are days you just need a long run or a brutal gym session to reset your head.

No steady paycheck hitting the account.
No safety net.
Just belief, execution and momentum.

It’s no joke.

With something like LiveHaus, there are so many moving parts at once: venue, sponsors, marketing partners, speakers, logistics, ticket sales: all while trying to curate a genuinely high-quality room.

And yet, in the last 2 months alone, we’ve locked in 35+ incredible speakers and some remarkable partners across our Season 2 events.

What started as an idea has quickly turned into rooms filled with energy, credibility and momentum. It’s honestly insane when I pause and think about it.

🙌 But here’s the thing:
If you get too high on that, then the next setback will hit harder.

You quickly realise two things:

1️⃣ Every challenge is an invitation to improve.
2️⃣ Your time is too precious to chase people who don’t want to build with you.

Over the last 1 year, I’ve stepped away from so many projects, collaborations and people. At that moment, it felt like a setback. Almost like a disaster.

In hindsight?
It gave me clarity, direction and mental peace.

And nothing compounds like a calm mind at the end of the day. 

When you’re steady, you build better.
When you’re grounded, you decide better.
When you protect your energy, you grow faster.

That’s probably the biggest lesson so far.

Just got my hands on an early glimpse of Adem Manderovic and George Coudounaris’s new book. And the opening lines already hit hard.

Great frameworks. No doubt.

🫢 But buyers changed.
🫢 Data exploded.
🫢 Functions diverged.
🫢 What was once predictable became fragmented.

Adem and George argue something bold:

A system where Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Leadership and Finance operate as one commercial loop.

Not fragments.
But one aligned revenue engine.
