Writing is my dream and I have been living it for the last ten years.

My first piece of writing was a blog I published on a ‘flower’.

I never had the chance to look back at it because of how cringe it was.

But today, I write for some of the most powerful people who run big companies that my mind can only fathom.

So maybe I do have to thank that ‘flower’ blog after all.

Once I realised the power writing has on personal and professional life (I mean I am making money off of pushing a few buttons on my keyboard), I realised how powerful this can be for others as well.

So I started writing for others and never looked back.

Today, I write for Founders and CEOs and help tell their story online.

I've written 4 books as a ghostwriter with some of the most talented founders and leaders I've met. 

I’ve helped my clients go on podcasts as guests, got them more business, and a better network of high-net individuals to name a few.

I spent 2 days last week with healthcare founders at ISB Hyderabad and what an amazing experience!

These founders are carrying real weight - families depending on their platforms, clinicians trusting their tools, and patients whose outcomes hang in the balance. There's no room for hype or shortcuts. They have to earn trust before anyone even considers their product.

What struck me most was how they showed up. These are people who deeply understand what they're building and why it matters.

A few things became clearer to me: In healthcare, your online presence IS your leadership. The way you communicate can either reduce people's fear or add to it. Clear language helps patients make better decisions and helps investors stay patient through the long, messy journey of building something that actually works.

Thank you, Ravi S GSR sir, for putting this together. Your sessions were thoughtful and well-prepared - I could see the work you put in, and I learned a lot from watching how you structured everything.

And thank you, Erin Miller, for making us all feel welcome. 

I'm taking these conversations with me. Healthcare needs more founders willing to show up consistently, especially online.

Strategy days like these are a reminder that building isn’t always about moving faster - sometimes it’s about slowing down and thinking clearly.

During the I-HEAL 4.0 Strategy Immersion at ISB, we stepped away from execution mode to stress-test some of our core assumptions around real demand, decision-making, and what it truly takes to scale responsibly in healthcare.

The conversations pushed us beyond ideas and demos, forcing clarity on who the product is really for, why it matters in practice, and how it fits into the realities of care delivery. Less about features, more about evidence, trust, and disciplined choices.

Grateful to Erin Miller and Duvvuri Vardhani, and the DLabs at the Indian School of Business team, for putting together such a well-run, thoughtful program. And a big thanks to Ravi S GSR from CoCreation and Tanisha Venkani from Caps Lock Media for the sessions that challenged our thinking and sharpened our approach.

Also great learning alongside a sharp cohort of founders navigating similar challenges.
