Daniel is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where he tech-leads, designs and builds forecasting & pricing systems for ads worth billions of dollars. These are distributed systems that run on thousands of machines, process terabytes of data per query and combine Machine Learning modeling with game-like simulation of tens of thousands ad campaigns - all happening in real-time to enable thousands of concurrent users of buying tools like AdWords and DBM.

Daniel wields a rare combination of deep technical skills, a user-centric drive and an ability to align multiple teams towards a common goal - launching and landing high quality cutting edge products.

Daniel co-founded a tech startup that brought machine vision to the consumer photo space 10 years ago, he was an invited speaker at an ML dev conference in Zurich and speaks at startup events regularly. He holds multiple patents with Google, is published in a peer-reviewed ML journal from his time at IBM Research and is a Google Code Jam on-site finalist.

GTM leader at OpenAI, where I was brought on to build and scale ChatGPT Enterprise — now the fastest-growing business application in history. Today, I lead global go-to-market efforts for Healthcare & Life Sciences, oversee teams selling both our API platform and ChatGPT products for healthcare, and serve as Large Enterprise lead for North America, partnering closely with Fortune 500 organizations.

I’m also a Founding Partner at 20SALES, a GTM-focused venture fund created by eight senior female operators investing in early-stage companies alongside tier-one VCs.

Previously, I was Director of Sales at Webflow, overseeing Sales Development, AEs, and SEs, and an early team member at Slack, where I helped grow revenue from $12M to $1B+ ARR as a founding AE and later Senior Enterprise Leader.

Outside of work: two-time Iron(wo)man, advanced open-water diver, marathoner, triathlete, philanthropist, cancer survivor, dog lover — and, most importantly, proud mom to the coolest little girls, Quinn (3) & Logan (5).

For the last decade, I’ve been lucky enough to manage truly exceptional teams. Hundreds of you from Slack, Webflow and OpenAI have shown up with grit, resilience, and an unbelievable willingness to build through uncertainty.

– Rolling with the chaos
– Entertaining my big (usually wild) ideas and terrible sense of humor
– Being comfortable with endless change
– Being always down for a whacky offsite (crafting, segway riding, boating)
– And graciously navigating meetings that often include sick kids or surprise cameos 

These teams have shaped my career more than any title or recognition ever could.
