One of the most inspiring brand principles we’ve worked on lately came from a project called Momoamo.

Momoamo creates offsites for teams
in some of the most beautiful places in France.

But what really drives them isn’t the location.
It’s their narrative:

“Create unforgettable togetherness.”

To make that real, we defined a simple but powerful principle:
Go off script.

Not as a slogan.
As a behaviour.

Going off script means stepping outside the to-do list.
Rechallenging habits.
Questioning routines.
Creating something new, every single day.

For the team, it became a compass.
For their guests, it became memorable moments.
For the brand, it became alignment between intention and action.

What's my dream ? Bringing people and tools together to improve, grow, co-create.

I journal and walk every day because it feeds my mind, body and soul.

An an entrepreneur, I'm focused on finding solutions to difficulties. After working in the corporate world at PwC Belgium in the Financial Audit Team, my attention was triggered by the issues linked to ageing. I set up my first company at age 26 (CURA Services by Korian). Like in many startups, I've taken probably all the roles in my company (from the IT wizard, to the phone line responder, to the accounting department, as well the communication and marketing department, and many more responsibilities). I've gone through 2 positively well-outcomed sales shares negotiations. 

I've grown closer to the startup world and happily coach and give advice to startups. I'm a member to the Brussels 'Réseau Entreprendre' and am a volunteer Board of Director for the cooperative Little Green Box. 

Over the years, I've been struck by the mental health issues of clients and colleagues. The lack of purpose, personal or professional, must be addressed for the well-being of the individual, as well as for his/her company.

I've launched microsteps to guide individuals and organizations on a journey to betterness. Physically. Intellectually. Emotionally. Spiritually. 
This is only possible by bringing together experts, professionals & tools.

On parle souvent de la tech comme d’un monde réservé aux codeurs.
Je la vois surtout comme un levier pour apporter des solutions concrètes dans nos vies.

Dans nos vies professionnelles.
Mais aussi dans nos vies personnelles.

Quand elle est bien utilisée,
la tech n’est pas une fin en soi.
C’est un accélérateur de solutions, de créativité et d’impact.

Dans ma première entreprise, CURA Services, la technologie m’a surtout aidée à structurer l’arrière-plan, le back-office, l’organisation interne (-> Teamleader)

Aujourd’hui, avec GYCO.tech et des outils comme Odoo, la tech devient un outil directement au service des entrepreneurs et des équipes :
ils l’utilisent eux-mêmes, ils se l’approprient, ils gagnent en clarté, en autonomie, en efficacité.

C’est aussi ce qui me parle dans le parcours de femmes comme Cathy Pill et Sarah Levin Weinberg, qui ont utilisé la technologie pour structurer et faire grandir un univers profondément créatif comme le marketing d’influence avec Stellar Tech.

La tech n’est pas l’ennemie de la créativité.
Elle peut en être le catalyseur.

Si tu es une femme créative, structurante, visionnaire, et que tu t’es déjà dit « la tech, ce n’est pas pour moi », peut-être que le problème n’est pas la tech, mais la manière dont on nous l’a racontée.

La semaine prochaine, je participerai à un panel avec Women in Tech®Belgium et Delen Private Bank pour parler de croissance, de structuration et de création de valeur durable.
