Can I be honest for a moment?

Learnings from my Yoga Teacher Training I didn't expect: 


🧘‍♀️The physical practice of yoga (asanas) is only 1/8 of yoga 

🧘‍♀️We are spiritual beings having a human experience 

🧘‍♀️The highest form of love is unconditional love - to love yourself + someone exactly as they are

🧘‍♀️Your breath (pranayama) does not just calm you down, it tells your vagus nerve, "we're okay"

🧘‍♀️ Long poses + holding it gives emotions time to surface in that spaciousness 

🧘‍♀️ Emotions are a sign of regulation, not weakness or failure (its completion) 

🧘‍♀️ Stillness can be confronting and savasana + meditation can bring up way more than movement (quiet is powerful) 

🧘‍♀️ How to say less + mean more ... intentionally choosing silence + pauses for greater impact 

🧘‍♀️ Yoga is subtraction, not addition 

🧘‍♀️ You can lead without being the center of attention, it can be quiet and in your way of being + energy transmission 

🧘‍♀️ How to respond, not react 

🧘‍♀️ We are not our thoughts, we are the observer of them 

 🧘‍♀️ Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about touching truth.

Yoga teacher training changed my life. 

And continues to do so.... 

And why am I sharing this on here???? 

Yoga made me a better leader.

Less reactive.
More regulated.
More spacious.
More intentional with my words, my energy, my presence.

And maybe more of us could turn to modalities like yoga to help us go deeper and evolve (in our personal + professional life) 🧘‍♀️

5 things I'm proud of as a female CEO after 1 year of going all in on my biz (these may make you uncomfy) 

sorry not sorry, these topics should be addressed + talked about more!!! 

🩸 1. My Menstral cycle stayed regular + consistent 

In a culture that glorifies burnout, my body felt safe enough to stay regulated, and that matters!!!!!!

Research shows that chronic stress can disrupt hormonal balance and menstrual health and women founders report higher stress levels than male founders, often due to funding inequities and social pressures. Protecting my cycle is protecting my longevity!!!!!! 


🌏 2. I've continued living + traveling while building my business 

I didn’t postpone my life to build my company. I built it around my life.

Nearly 1 in 3 young professionals relocate to major cities like NYC to accelerate their careers + many report delaying major life milestones (travel, relationships, health priorities) in the process. I chose to build differently, without putting my life on hold!


🧠 3. I've protected my mental health proactively (ice baths, daily meditations, yoga, journaling, rest when I need it) 

I didn’t wait for burnout to force a reset.

Studies show founders are significantly more likely to experience anxiety and depression compared to the general population. Women founders in particular report higher emotional labor and invisible workload. Prevention is power!!!


🛑 4. I've stopped following hyper-masculine role models who were achieving results or "success" in a way that would not work for my female body 

Hustle-at-all-costs isn’t neutral. It was modeled in systems built by and for men.

The traditional “24/7 hustle” model was built around a 24-hour hormonal pattern. Women’s bodies run on a 28-day hormonal cycle in addition to a daily rhythm .... meaning our energy, focus, and stress response are cyclical. We are not little men. We are women. Different physiology requires different leadership models!!!!!


👑 5. I hired a coach who is invested in helping female founders rise + succeed by embracing their spirituality and femininity 

I chose mentorship that honors my nervous system, my intuition, and my cyclical nature... not solely my revenue goals.

60% of women entrepreneurs report experiencing burnout, highlighting how common exhaustion has become in environments that reward overextension. I’m building differently with sustainability as the strategy.

I'm not perfect.... 

Still struggling w/ energy levels, oversleeping, psoriasis, balancing my feminine + masculine energy as a founder, flow vs structure, scaling vs ease... 

Proud of this journey + leading the way in what i believe SHOULD be celebrated beyond metrics + KPI's. 

What are you proud of that is typically not celebrated? 👇

Yesterday, I made a decision that honestly scared me....

I deleted TikTok and Instagram.

And I’m going all in on LinkedIn.

Why?

😩Because I was tired of feeling scattered.
🙄Tired of finding the perfect trending audio + tiktok dance.
🥵Tired of pouring my energy into places that left me drained.

I could feel myself being there because I felt "i had to be". 

Scrolling instead of creating.
Consuming instead of building.

And that’s not who I want to be.

So I chose alignment over attention.

One platform over “being everywhere.”

Because for a while, I believed I .... "had to be everywhere.”

Post everywhere.
Stay relevant everywhere.
Repurpose everything everywhere. 

I was pouring a little bit of water into a bunch of cups 🫗🫗🫗

Instead of pouring it fully into one 🥛

But when I really sat with it and asked:

Where do I actually feel my best?

The answer was clear.

LinkedIn.

I love writing.
I love connecting.
I love networking.
I love deeper conversations.
I love kind, growth-oriented spaces.

And this platform gives me all of that.

Instagram + TikTok can be fun (and veryyyy addictive) 😅

But for me, they felt more like people log on for entertainment + performance + doom scrolling.

Less building.
Less depth.
Less intention.

+ here is the MAGICAL things that happened 👇👇👇

Within 24 hours of announcing I’m focusing solely on LinkedIn…

I gained 300+ new connections on here. 

That felt like confirmation 🪄🪄🪄🪄

I see over and over again that alignment tends to create momentum.

I recently crossed 40K+ here, and what fulfills me most isn’t the numbers.

It’s helping people show up as themselves.
It’s helping leaders build authentic personal brands.
It’s watching someone realize they don’t have to “perform” to be powerful.

You don’t have to be everywhere.
You get to choose what feels aligned + energizes you.
You get to choose depth over noise.

For me, that means pouring fully into this cup for the foreseeable future!!!!!

After yesterday’s post about deleting Instagram + TikTok…

I heard from SO many of you.

Some asking:
“How do I choose where to be?”

Others saying:
 “I’m thinking about going all in on LinkedIn too…”

So I want to share the decision process I used.

Because this isn’t about copying me.

It’s about going inward and choosing what’s aligned for YOU.

If you’re deciding where to build your personal brand, ask yourself:

1️⃣ What brings me the most joy + energy?
 When I log off, do I feel expanded or drained?

2️⃣ Where do I feel the most inspired by others?
 Whose content actually moves me?

3️⃣ HOW do I like to create?
 Writing?
 Video?
 Photos?
 Long-form thoughts?

And here’s the important part:

Don’t let traction tell you what you like.
Let YOU tell you!!!!!! 

Just because something performs well doesn’t mean it’s sustainable for your nervous system. (trust me) 

Then ask:

-Who is my ideal audience?

-Who am I really speaking to?

-And where do they naturally hang out?

For me, the answers were clear.

I love LinkedIn for the depth.
I love that I can write.
I love that I don’t have to do a silly TikTok dance or find the “right” trending audio to be seen 🙄. 
I love the deeper conversations.

The like-minded (✨and light-minded✨) growth-oriented people.

The ability to log on, shine my light… and log off to reconnect with real life.

That’s actually how I teach LinkedIn strategy inside the ripple effect:

🌀Connect inward (meditation + journal)
🌀Log on.
🌀Add value.
🌀Connect.
🌀Build authority.
 
✌️Log off.

So sit with this … (feel into it) 

When you reflect on those questions... what comes up for you?

It’s easy to show up on LinkedIn once you’ve made it to "the other side"

you know like when....

The company is launched. 
(yay i can make an excited to announce post) 🙄

The career break has a clean, inspiring ending. 
(can i get away with not even writing "career break" on my feed?) 🤔

or when....

🧘‍♀️The yoga teacher training is done.
🫁The breathwork certification is finished + you are looking for clients to serve. 
🌄The hiking trek across the mountains is complete.

That version of the story is neat. 

💎Polished. Safe. 🎁

But the real medicine?

It lives in the in-between.

The messy middle, where nothing is fully formed yet.

When you’re laid off + your identity is unraveling.

When you finished your yoga teacher training and realized that we are spiritual beings having a human experience (oopps who spilled the beans??? 🫘) 

When you feel the call to something bigger but can’t quite name it.

When you’re building a company + no one has bought yet.

Most people disappear during this phase. 👻

They wait until the story is impressive enough to share. 

But here’s the truth:

Your power is in being SEEN before it’s figured out.

Because what I found in my own journey is this:

I grew the most…
I had the most clarity…
I received the biggest downloads…

When I had no title at all.
No polished identity.
No neat label to put on LinkedIn.

Just me, showing up + sharing what was moving through me.

You don’t need a title to post.
You don’t need a title to be seen.
You don’t need a title to have wisdom.

Your life experience is already an initiation enough.
You are perfectly perfect just as you are.

The wisdom people are craving doesn’t just come from credentials.
It comes from being human.

This is exactly what I did when I left my corporate job + had my spiritual awakening....

I posted and crafted my personal brand with strategy 

Before I knew what was next...
Without any "title"....
Before the ripple effect vision was fully clear…

And in that year:

-My LinkedIn community grew from 15K → 35K
-I got lots of inbound job offers
-I discovered the work I’m truly meant to do
-My first clients arrived before the official launch

Not because everything was figured out.
But because I stopped hiding the in-between.

If you're in that phase right now (the undefined, uncertain, spiritually stretchy middle) 

Please hear this:

You don’t need a title to take up space.
You don’t need the final answer to start the conversation.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is simply:

🐛"I'm still becoming… and that's exactly where the magic is." 🦋

5 things we are unlearning in 2026 (the Year of the Horse) as visionary female spiritual leaders on LinkedIn:

🐎 1. Unlearning the need to shrink to be “palatable.”

We are no longer diluting our wisdom, softening our truth, or sanding down our edges to fit corporate comfort zones.

Intensity + grace can coexist. 

Power does not require apology.

🐎 2. Unlearning hustle disguised as devotion.

Overworking is not sustainable. 

Exhaustion is not proof of purpose.

We move with momentum + nervous-system safety.

Ease is now part of the strategy. 

🐎 3. Unlearning perfection before visibility.

You don't wait until the post is flawless. 

Messy courage > polished silence.

Leadership lives in movement, not hesitation.

🐎 4. Unlearning the algorithm as authority.

We stop treating LinkedIn metrics as a measure of our value or impact.

Virality is not legacy. Depth is not always loud.

Our resonance matters more than reach.

🐎 5. Unlearning borrowed voices and borrowed tones.

We release the “LinkedIn voice” that feels stiff, filtered, or performative.

No more mimicking thought leaders or hiding behind safe jargon.

Our voice carries power, clarity, and grace.



2026 is not about louder noise.

It’s about embodied leadership.

Aligned visibility.

Momentum guided by inner truth.

What’s been working really well for me + my clients:

-Turn on notifications for 10–15 creators you genuinely love
-Comment early and often on their posts
-Mix it up between smaller creators + larger influencers
-Add real thoughts, insights, or questions (not just “great post!”) 

OH + do not use AI to comment (you'll already be winning) 

Hanging out in the comment section:

✅ Boosts your visibility
✅ Builds relationships
✅ Gets your profile in front of the right people
✅ Drives consistent growth

Think of comments as mini-posts.

Show up. Add value. Be human. 

Don't be an AI robot (plssss) 🤖

For a long time, I thought LinkedIn was only for the butterfly stage 🦋

The "end result"
The polished title.
The perfectly defined offer.

The moment where everything finally makes sense + you can wrap your story into a neat little headline.

Put yourself in that box with a flashy title 🎁

But real life doesn’t unfold that way.

There are seasons where you’re in the cocoon. 🐛

Where something inside you knows the path you were on isn’t it anymore…

but the next version of your work isn’t fully formed yet either.

I’ve been there.

Moments where my identity was shifting.
Where what once felt aligned no longer did.

Where I was asking myself:

How do I show up right now?
What do I even say about what I do?
What if people think I’m lost?

And for a second, I thought the answer was to go quiet.

To wait until everything was clear.

Until the “new version” of me was fully ready to present.

But something I’ve learned....through my own transitions and through the people I work with is this:

You don’t have to wait until the butterfly stage.
The cocoon is worthy of being seen, too.

(and hot take... sharing your cocoon phase is even MORE important!) 

In fact, some of the most meaningful conversations, connections, and opportunities come from sharing the process. 

Not the perfectly packaged ending.

Because leadership isn’t just about where you’ve arrived.
It’s about who you’re becoming.

And the moment you allow yourself to be visible in that evolution… you give other people permission to do the same.

(insert a big collective sigh of reliefffffff)

Your next chapter doesn’t begin when everything is figured out.

It begins the moment you decide to stop hiding your evolution.

Evolution is a strange place to be. 

You can feel yourself changing.

You know the person you were six months ago isn’t quite who you are anymore.

But the person you’re becoming isn’t fully formed yet either. 🦋

It’s that in-between stage.

The messy middle.

One of my clients, Julia Lyons, described it exactly this way when she first came to me.

She said:
“I feel like I’m in the messy middle.”
“I have a vision for what I want to create… but I don’t know how to brand myself yet.”

She knew she was evolving quickly.

Something almost all visionary leaders experience....

“I’m not who I was before… but I’m not fully who I’m becoming yet either.”

She had big visions for the work she wanted to do in the world.

But the questions she kept coming back to were:

🦋What do I do on LinkedIn right now?

🦋Should I wait until everything was perfectly clear?

🦋Should I pause until I had the full business plan, brand, and messaging figured out?

Instead, we did the opposite. 

(zig when others zag 😜) 

She started showing up during the transition.
Sharing what she cared about. 

What she was learning.
What she was exploring.

And through that process, something powerful happened.

She found deeper clarity about who she was becoming.
She found her people.
She refined her offerings.

And when she launched her Reiki business, she already had an engaged + supportive community around her.

She got fully booked right away (from LinkedIn) 

Not because she waited until everything was perfect.
But because she allowed people to witness the evolution. 

Most people disappear during the messy middle.

But the messy middle might actually be the most powerful time to start building your brand. 🦋

and make it unmistakably theirs here.

This space is shifting.

The question is no longer:
 “Will this look professional?”

It’s:
 “Will this communicate clearly + be remembered?”

You were never meant to be another white sheep.

What part of your expression have you labeled “unprofessional” that might actually be your edge?

After years in the corporate tech space, I did a somatic breathwork session that changed my life.

And my intuition gave me no other choice but to leave.

Yes… I took the jump without knowing what was next. 😅

In that moment, I had two options:

1. Stop using LinkedIn until I had a “new job” or clear title again.

or

2. Keep showing up and posting authentically (even in the uncertainty) 

I chose option 2.

And it changed my life.

I posted openly during my spiritual awakening… during what many people call the dark night of the soul.

Even on the days I couldn’t see the light yet.
Even when I didn’t know where I was heading.

My ego was being stripped of everything I thought defined me (the titles, the roles, the “WHAT I do.”) 

And instead, I started leaning into WHO I actually was on a soul level.

Something unexpected happened through that process.

People didn’t disappear.
The right people found me.
Dream opportunities appeared.
Conversations opened.

Clarity slowly revealed itself.

Not because I had everything figured out…
But because I allowed people to witness the evolution.

That experience is actually what shaped the work I do today.
