As a Floor Tech Lead I was responsible for supervising the sales and tech support teams. This includes coaching, training, and managing the team to ensure all metrics are met or exceeded. 

It also includes working with other departments to ensure employees are meeting their individual goals and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Was also responsible for training and coaching the offshore vendor team in best practices, process, and procedures. This includes providing all necessary training materials and facilitating on-site training sessions with the vendors.

Floor Tech Lead

I was responsible for providing high-quality, responsive technical support to customers over the phone, email, and chat. This includes finding the best solutions to the problems they are facing, training our customer's on how to use our and 3rd party software products, and ensuring that our customer's experience with our AMC is always a positive one. 

Was also responsible for selling a software product's annual maintenance plan to customers. This includes qualifying leads and presenting a compelling offer, understanding customer needs, and closing the deal.

Technical Support Specialist

Be able to identify and solve common issues with minimum input from the customer.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information about the product and company to customers.
Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with difficult customers.

I build AI tools for a living.

I ghosted LinkedIn for four days.

It was… surprisingly easy.
And genuinely refreshing.

Here’s what I’m consciously carrying into 2026:

1.	Less reacting. More choosing.

2.	Being kinder to myself, especially when things feel unfinished.

3.	Appreciating what’s already there.

4.	Consistency matters more than intensity.

5.	Silence is not a lack of ambition.

6.	Presence beats visibility. Every time.

7.	Writing when there’s something true to say, not because it’s “time to post”.

8.	Simple, honest relationships.

9.	Saying no without guilt or justification.

10.	Depth compounds. Noise doesn’t.

11.	Nothing important breaks when you log off.

Stepping back reminded me of something important:

→ Personal branding isn’t about being visible all the time.

→ It’s about being aligned when you are.

Sometimes the most strategic move is to step away long enough to remember why you’re here in the first place.

It started with one client.
Six years later, it’s thousands.

Only 1% of my followers know this…

I didn’t plan to build a branding business.

Even less so to combine neuroscience with brand strategy.

I failed multiple times before growing.

I tried a few things that didn’t work:

🚫 I pivoted to branding because of COVID, but it wasn’t my first choice.

🚫 I didn’t believe branding was my calling.

🚫 Everyone kept telling me to “niche” down. To choose breathwork OR branding.

🚫 BUT I didn’t want to choose. 

I believed I could do both as I was both: 

a spiritual guide and a marketer.

And yet. I almost quit. 

But then something shifted.

In 2021, I broke into the US market.
I stuck with it, committing fully for a year.

At first, nothing major happened.

I kept going, and everything changed.

That decision changed my life.

Don’t give up too soon. 

Your breakthrough might be closer than you think.

What you really need to leverage in 2026:

Content + Personality.

2026 content won’t be over-fabricated, over-curated, or AI-generated.

It will show personality.

Video will matter more than ever.
But video without a point of view is just noise.

→ What makes you different?
→ What is the backbone of your brand?

Show what you stand for!

The brands being seen ( and hired ) aren’t the most polished ones.

They’re the ones that feel real, show transformation, not performance.

People are craving human connection.

No one is investing $10k–$50k to fly around the world for in-person experiences, if your content doesn’t sound like you and doesn’t show who you are.

The future isn’t louder, it’s clearer.

And the brands that will last are the ones brave enough to let themselves be seen.

When I stopped crafting content for the algorithm and started being unavoidable, everything shifted.

✨ I deleted my content calendar and stopped forcing ideas. Now I write when I feel deeply connected, and it lands with the people it’s meant for.

✨ I softened my environment, repainted the walls, decluttered, swapped harsh lights for warm ones. The calmer the space, the clearer the message.

✨ And I decided my energy was a business asset…you attract who you are, not what you do. Let that sink…

The result? My visibility became magnetic because my energy became unshakeable. 

Premium clients don't want someone hustling for attention, they want someone so grounded in their authority that working together feels inevitable.

Your energy isn't separate from your business. It is your business strategy.

If your presence hasn’t been landing lately,

The in-between almost broke me.
Turns out, it rebuilt me.

2025 was the year of the in-between ✨

Between London and the world.
Between departure lounges, a plane, a train.
Between growing a business and being a mama.

Between French and English.
Between structure and intuition.
Between strategy and healing.
Between losing and winning. 

For a long time, I tried to choose: 

One lane.
One label.
One channel.
Something “easy”.
Something beige enough to explain.

But what I kept trying to explain
was the essence of my work.

The in-between teaches you how to hold complexity without needing to justify it.

→ How to lead without armour.

→ How to build without hardening.

That’s where things started to come together.

Not through speed.
Not through pressure.
But through INTEGRATION.

Once I stopped trying to fix the in-between,
I could finally see it.

It was never a weakness.
It was a recalibration.

2025 asked me to soften.

To listen. To trust the timing.

Walking into 2026 clearer, steadier,
and more whole than ever.

A Tuesday morning.
Third call with a new client.
An ex-senior exec, sharp mind.
We’ve just launched her new business.

“I sent 60 emails,” she says. “No response.”

I smile.
I’m not surprised.

We look at her deck.
25 slides. 4 fonts.
Multiple colors.
Overwhelming. Soulless.

She asks me,
“How do you sell then?”

So I ask:
“Why do you WANT to do what you do?”

Her face hardens.

“I want to shift AI perception. But I hate selling…And messaging people feels like a waste of time.”

I pause. That’s the hick.

“Selling is caring”, I said.

“It’s solving a REAL problem for someone who don’t even know they need your help.”

If you’re not excited to talk about what you do…don’t expect your audience to care.

The energy shifts.
Something clicks.
She smiles.

“You don’t have to love selling.
But you do need to love HELPING.”

When your message is clear,

Some people can afford not to build a personal brand.

Most people can’t.

There’s a whole category of people who say:

“I don’t need a personal brand. My reputation speaks for itself.”

Often, it’s legacy talking.

The world is brutal right now.
AI flattened the playing field.
Anyone can launch a business in minutes.

So if you don’t have a clear personal brand, 
a felt edge…

no one knows why they should buy you.

And yes, this includes people who are “very established.”

This year, I stopped showing the real work I do.

The celebrities, politicians, big influencers I work with behind closed doors.
The impact that doesn’t always make it online.

I confused sharing with bragging. 
Got scared of being judged. Rejected.

(I just did a subconscious reprogramming and the lid is off now. ✨)

A client (big name) recently told me to delete half my LinkedIn and Instagram.

→ The retreats.
→ The breathwork.
→ The yoga pants.

The parts of me that don’t look “corporate enough.”

“Blend in,” he said.
“Don’t show your healing on LinkedIn.”

I refused. Why?

Anyone can build a brand now.

What’s rare, is helping someone walk into a room and feel different before they say a word.

THIS 👆🏻 is the core of my work.  
And that’s what makes me unforgettable.

So to the client who wanted beige:

“Thank you, but NO thank you “. 😉
