Organize and conduct special on training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of trainees.

As a sales coaches I was also responsible to give feedback on how the trainees can improve their performance.

Sales Trainer

As a Floor Tech Lead I was responsible for supervising the sales and tech support teams. This includes coaching, training, and managing the team to ensure all metrics are met or exceeded. 

It also includes working with other departments to ensure employees are meeting their individual goals and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Was also responsible for training and coaching the offshore vendor team in best practices, process, and procedures. This includes providing all necessary training materials and facilitating on-site training sessions with the vendors.

Floor Tech Lead

I was responsible for providing high-quality, responsive technical support to customers over the phone, email, and chat. This includes finding the best solutions to the problems they are facing, training our customer's on how to use our and 3rd party software products, and ensuring that our customer's experience with our AMC is always a positive one. 

Was also responsible for selling a software product's annual maintenance plan to customers. This includes qualifying leads and presenting a compelling offer, understanding customer needs, and closing the deal.

Technical Support Specialist

Be able to identify and solve common issues with minimum input from the customer.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information about the product and company to customers.
Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with difficult customers.

بعرف لبنان مش أسهل بلد لتأسس حالك في وتعيش بكرامة وكله ضغط بس برضه مش هون المشكلة. 

المشكلة…

عم تبقى بوظيفة ما بتحبها وما بتدفع منيح. ليه؟ 
"ما لقيت وظيفة احسن"
"قدمت ماحدا قبلني"

البزنس تبعك ما عم بقلّع، سكرته. ليه؟
"ما مشي الحال. بده كتير وقت ومصاري. المنافسة شرسة."

ليش؟ 

عنجد ليش؟ ليش ما القيت وظيفة احسن؟ ليش ما قلّع البزنس؟ ليش وقفت المحاولة؟

والأهم ليش ما استعنت بخبير يساعدك؟

هيدي ثقافة العصبية (انا شخص عصبي) بترجع لثقافة لشو لإدفع على هيك خدمة؟ بعمل هالشغلة بإيدي، شو بدها!!

اللي بينجح اكتر من غيره هوي يللي بضل يحاول.

الي ٤ او ٥ سنين بالمجال اللي انا في.

هيدي اول سنة بقدر قول إني اشتغلت كحدا صاحب بزنس ومش كفريلانسر مبتدأ.

لو قاعد بعقلي من سنتين كنت بتقول مستحيل هالإنسانة تنجح

ما كان عندي العقلية اللازمة. 

ارفع اسعاري كان بخوّفني.
اتواصل مع عملا كان بخوفني.
سوّق لخدمتي كان بخوّفني.

اقرا منشورات محلقة لصناع محتوى غيري على لينكدإن كان يخوفني.

وكل يوم كنت أقرب للإستسلام من النجاح وبرضه استمريت.

كمان مش دايما كان معي مصاري لإدفع لخدمة وما كنت جاهزة لإلها معنويا، بس كنت اطلب مساعدة (خدمة) وكنت دايما لاقي اشخاص بيدعموني ماليا بكل الانواع من تلقاء نفسن ومن دون ما اطلب.

يمكن تدبير من الله ويمكن حبوني… ما بعرف.

بس ولا يوم وقفت محاولة او طلب مساعدة. 

والأهم اذا مش جاهز لتتجوز وتهتم ببيت ما تركض على هيدي المسؤولية.

واذا صارت تحمل مسؤولية ١٠٠٠٠٪؜.

لأن بتفضل تضل محلك معصب ومش راضي ولا تستعين بخبير موثوق يساعدك توضح اهدافك وتحققها؟

ولادك بيستحقوا الافضل منك
ما تعطيهن اسوأ شي لأنك ما بتقبل او بتستغلي تستعين بخبير.

توقفت عن النشر على لينكدإن لأسبوع مش لأن ما عندي محتوى بس لأن ظروفي مش سامحتلي اتفاعل معكن ورد على تعليقاتكن على منشوراتي. 

بس في كتير اشيا حابة شاركها معكن وهدايا بدي وزعها عليكن 🧑‍🎄
