I worked on the Workday Help product as a zero to one project. Workday Help provides HR knowledge and case management solutions that help employees find the information they need faster.

I was responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for the case management product area. Our focus was on enabling HR professionals to be as productive as possible while providing the best possible experience to their employees.

I spent my first 2 years with Workday as a product manager on the Recruiting product team. 

My primary focus was on building new products and features focused on recruiter productivity. I was the lead PM on the new job requisition workspace feature which remains the most frequently used feature in the Recruiting product suite.

One Rocket was an employee onboarding SaaS startup which I founded in January 2015. With One Rocket, we participated in the Y Combinator fellowship program.

We worked with customers in both the US and Europe to help streamline their employee onboarding processes. The One Rocket product allowed new employees to access documents, learning content and more from one simple interface.

As an Analyst I have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on productivity levels through data analysis, working with structured online advertisement content and ads, considering what the advertiser is trying to promote along with what the user will find the most useful.
Responsible for evaluating online advertising content working daily in 3 different workflows as Analyst, Leader and Manager of the ads in conjunction with Google policy
Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and on-going recommendation
Work with exceptional attention to detail and deliver optimal quality and productivity levels through data analysis.
Managed project from conception to completion such as an individual productivity tracker, which could be linked to the team target tracker, so Team Leaders could have access productivity.

Responsible for providing accurate and timely information to the project QA Lead on the progression of their language from a localization perspective. Performing the functions of a Localization Tester whilst being responsible for leading their language team. The responsibilities to the team will include overseeing the team’s day-to-day activities and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Project Responsibilities:

Pre-production: Audio checks, establishing team member access to tools, such as: DevTrack, Jira, XLOC. 
Testing Pseudo builds to identify language specific issues.

Production: Responsible for leading a group of Brazilian testers, communicating tasks and answering questions from my team or other teams when necessary. 
Management of hardware, receiving DSR from testers and making sure it follows standards. 

Post-production: 
Helping QA lead in the production of a project post mortem and highlighting any specific language localization that could be improved.

Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

Review language components (e.g. Text & Audio files) before integration.
Identify functionality issues and report them properly.
Identify length issues (overlaps/truncations) and proposed corrections.
Testing each project assigned to identify localization and functional bugs.
Identify layout problems and suggests corrections. 
Regressing bug fixes to ensure each bug has been addressed correctly and has not introduced additional problems.
