I worked on the Workday Help product as a zero to one project. Workday Help provides HR knowledge and case management solutions that help employees find the information they need faster.

I was responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for the case management product area. Our focus was on enabling HR professionals to be as productive as possible while providing the best possible experience to their employees.

I spent my first 2 years with Workday as a product manager on the Recruiting product team. 

My primary focus was on building new products and features focused on recruiter productivity. I was the lead PM on the new job requisition workspace feature which remains the most frequently used feature in the Recruiting product suite.

One Rocket was an employee onboarding SaaS startup which I founded in January 2015. With One Rocket, we participated in the Y Combinator fellowship program.

We worked with customers in both the US and Europe to help streamline their employee onboarding processes. The One Rocket product allowed new employees to access documents, learning content and more from one simple interface.

Coosto aimed to expand beyond the Netherlands, but the product, infrastructure, and operations were not fully equipped for international scalability.  
  
My goal was to identify key gaps in product scalability, streamline operations, and build a seamless expansion strategy.

Kenko is a  Insurance tech startup working to fill the gaps in the healthcare needs and traditional insurance options in India by offering a platform for 100% medical needs coverage.

Launched a healthcare marketplace, boosting retention by 9% through optimised marketing efforts adding additional revenue of $500k through marketplace orders using data-driven insights and $192k through retained customers.
Launched & Managed API product for affiliates & Resellers to boast new business by 12%.
Streamlined the insurance claims workflow through mobile-based automation & third party logistics integrations, leading to a 33% reduction in turnaround time for faster service delivery.

I’m the guy who turns messy data into million-dollar decisions and complex problems into elegant solutions.

My journey began as a software developer creating applications for small domestic clients. I quickly recognised that clients needed more than programming skills, they lacked clarity about user needs and product prioritisation. Spotting this opportunity, I expanded into strategy, conducting market research, advising on product roadmaps, and helping transform ideas into profitable ventures.

Back then, I didn't know this was a job for a Product Manager or what, I was just being a simple problem solver, making life easier for my customers

Over 12 years as an entrepreneur, I’ve launched several products, including JustSMS, Got It Delivery, Pickmen, and Techlims, each sharpening my ability to blend technology with business insight.

In 2022, I relocated to Bangalore, joining a healthcare scale-up. There, I segmented problems, pinpointed solutions, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to streamline customer claims, making them faster and more efficient while boosting the company’s profitability. Sadly, Kenko didn’t secure its next funding round.

But this gave me an opportunity to realise my dream of living in Europe, I moved to the Netherlands. As a Senior Product Manager for a B2b SaaS Marketing analysis platform, I supported enterprise brands in enhancing their online presence through social listening, sentiment analysis, content ideation, and comprehensive digital reporting. I worked with amazing developers, data-scientist and non-tech team members to serve a data-heavy suite of features including some cool AI products to help customers.

But again, unfortunately, A shift in business strategy eventually made my role redundant.

Now based in Berlin, I am looking for my next challenge. An opportunity to build a strong and lasting foundation in the German & Global market.
