I worked on the Workday Help product as a zero to one project. Workday Help provides HR knowledge and case management solutions that help employees find the information they need faster.

I was responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for the case management product area. Our focus was on enabling HR professionals to be as productive as possible while providing the best possible experience to their employees.

I spent my first 2 years with Workday as a product manager on the Recruiting product team. 

My primary focus was on building new products and features focused on recruiter productivity. I was the lead PM on the new job requisition workspace feature which remains the most frequently used feature in the Recruiting product suite.

One Rocket

One Rocket was an employee onboarding SaaS startup which I founded in January 2015. With One Rocket, we participated in the Y Combinator fellowship program.

We worked with customers in both the US and Europe to help streamline their employee onboarding processes. The One Rocket product allowed new employees to access documents, learning content and more from one simple interface.

Working on a project with an Investment Bank based in the IFSC.

Java Consultant

Worked in the Cloud storage suite under the emerging technologies division. Worked on both Atmos and ECS. These products are designed for high availability, multi-tenancy environments.

• Provided technical support for hardware, software, network, and performance issues during the lifecycle of the cloud product suite from install to live production systems. 
• Used numerous API’s (Atmos REST, CAS, NFS, CIFS, S3) via Linux. 
• Worked politically hot escalations within a timely manner and communicated the issues and resolutions clearly and concisely to the internal EMC team and customer team.
• Manager on Duty responsibility during weekends for any urgent customer issues.
• Worked on the Knowledge Base database for newly identified issues. 
• Awarded numerous EMC Excellence awards and customer satisfaction surveys.

Worked as a member of EMC’s Business Enablement Network team – Helping transition from traditional tools and applications to a Salesforce all in one Platform. 

• Prepared and delivered training on the platform and internal support for technical issues raising tickets with the project team.
• Ran 100+ unique User Acceptance Tests to ensure the product was working as expected.
• Created a report through my own initiative, gathered ideas from stakeholders identifying issues and possible resolutions related to the new platform. Invited to attend a bi-monthly meeting with the project team from a senior director after she viewed the document.

Senior Analyst

Fidelity Investments

Worked in the North Carolina office as part of a team of 7 SQL, PLSQL and UNIX developers. This team was a sub team of a larger team of about 30 people.

• Worked on a data migration project. The project involved moving data from primary expensive storage to secondary inexpensive storage.  Worked on 20 different tables with up to 294 million rows per table.
• Developed PLSQL code to check how much unnecessary data we could remove from the tables and presented the results to our management team.
• Used an old UNIX framework that was developed in the past for a similar project and changed it to suit our needs. We also used a new partitioning feature released in Oracle database 11g.

Other tasks included.:
• Took weekly meeting minutes for the overall team and made them available on a shared drive.
• Completed numerous ad hoc tasks on a daily basis.

PLSQL Developer

RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions

Worked in Banta Global Turnkey which is a subsidiary of RR Donnelly. I was part of a team of 5 C-sharp developers, 2 java programmers and a database architect.

• Built a Holiday booking application to allow employees and management view and book annual leave.
• Developed in C-sharp (C#) manipulating an open source calendar Daypilot.
• Documented and created stored procedures for the application.
