I worked on the Workday Help product as a zero to one project. Workday Help provides HR knowledge and case management solutions that help employees find the information they need faster.

I was responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for the case management product area. Our focus was on enabling HR professionals to be as productive as possible while providing the best possible experience to their employees.

I spent my first 2 years with Workday as a product manager on the Recruiting product team. 

My primary focus was on building new products and features focused on recruiter productivity. I was the lead PM on the new job requisition workspace feature which remains the most frequently used feature in the Recruiting product suite.

One Rocket was an employee onboarding SaaS startup which I founded in January 2015. With One Rocket, we participated in the Y Combinator fellowship program.

We worked with customers in both the US and Europe to help streamline their employee onboarding processes. The One Rocket product allowed new employees to access documents, learning content and more from one simple interface.

— Fully responsible for Yandex Images, a product with 20 million DAU, supported by 4 teams of 30 developers. Collaborated with 150+ stakeholders and executives, managed 7 backlogs, handled 4 projects simultaneously
—  Doubled the YoY revenue of Yandex Images by introducing new advertisement formats, redesigning existing ads, and reducing the bounce rate through the execution of 60+ A/B tests and the launch of 10+ projects
— Successfully developed and pivoted the product strategy and roadmap in response to the crisis in 2022
— Led a comprehensive service redesign based on our new strategy, informed by extensive user research involving 25+ interviews and 50+ A/B tests. This resulted in the elimination of technical debt and a boost in revenue by 11% YoY, along with a 2% uptick in user satisfaction
— Presented an innovative AI- and VR-based feature for recognizing goods in images, resulting in coverage in 128 media publications while collaborating with the Marketing team

Algorithmics is a programming school for children with 860,000+ student, franchise represented in 80+ countries.

 — Conducted product and market research, which led us to pivot our strategy, discontinue less profitable products, and save 20% of dev-resources as a result
 — Successfully launched an in-house video conferencing service ahead of schedule, utilizing product discovery, prototyping and UX tests to ensure a seamless user experience
—  Managed end-to-end delivery, including task tracking in Jira, with a cross-functional development team of 6 members, and established productive collaboration with 30+ stakeholders

HCFB is an international bank with 100+ million customers, 8 countries

— Project manager of  development team for an online Credit broker in the Point of Sale (POS) sector, streamlining application submissions to multiple banks. 
— +29.6% loans approval for “Eldorado” (top 6 e-commerce in Russia) by expanding the list of partner banks. Collaborated closely with Banks and key account managers' teams
— +16.6% conversion rate by implementing a concise loan application  at the online retailer "Svyaznoy" (a top 20 e-commerce in Russia). Reduced the time to complete the application from 40 minutes to 7
— Collaborated with stakeholders, engineering, design, key account manager's teams and partners, to propose a product roadmap as well as providing regular updates on product progress and changes in direction
— Pioneered the issuance of loans in Russia using a face recognition system, gaining media coverage as an industry first

With a master's degree in Computer Sciense, I have a strong background in developing and managing technological and complex products in B2C and B2B2C domains. I have 5+ years of experience in product management, working for leading companies such as Yandex, Algorithmics, and Home Credit Bank, in sectors such as Search Engine, AdTech, VR, EdTech, Fintech, and e-commerce.

As a product manager at Yandex, I was fully responsible for Yandex Images, a product with 20 million daily active users, supported by four teams of 30 developers. I collaborated with over 150 stakeholders and executives, managed seven backlogs, and handled four projects simultaneously. I doubled the year-over-year revenue of Yandex Images by introducing new advertisement formats, redesigning existing ads, and reducing the bounce rate through the execution of over 60 A/B tests and the launch of more than 10 projects. I also successfully developed and pivoted the product strategy and roadmap in response to the crisis in 2022. 

I am experienced in ML/AI techniques and ranking, and I have conducted over 300 A/B tests and 150 UX-interviews. I have strong skills in product strategy, product discovery, stakeholder management, user stories, agile, scrum, kanban, prioritization, prototyping, and product roadmap. I am passionate about joining a strong team as a product manager and working on innovative and impactful products. I am also a mentor for "Women in Tech" and "No flame no game", and I am learning Portuguese as a hobby.
