I worked on the Workday Help product as a zero to one project. Workday Help provides HR knowledge and case management solutions that help employees find the information they need faster.

I was responsible for defining and executing on the roadmap for the case management product area. Our focus was on enabling HR professionals to be as productive as possible while providing the best possible experience to their employees.

I spent my first 2 years with Workday as a product manager on the Recruiting product team. 

My primary focus was on building new products and features focused on recruiter productivity. I was the lead PM on the new job requisition workspace feature which remains the most frequently used feature in the Recruiting product suite.

One Rocket was an employee onboarding SaaS startup which I founded in January 2015. With One Rocket, we participated in the Y Combinator fellowship program.

We worked with customers in both the US and Europe to help streamline their employee onboarding processes. The One Rocket product allowed new employees to access documents, learning content and more from one simple interface.

Portfolio included several projects regarding U.S.'s role within the Multilateral Development Banks (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc.). Largest of which involved compiling data and using descriptive statistical methods in order to pull trends in infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. Presented my findings to the Interagency Working Group on Infrastructure in light of a potential U.S. - Japan economic partnership.

• Drive Innovative Learning Platform: Identified necessary sales expertise areas and fabricated 2 sessions for a mobile App in order to specifically reinforce Negotiations and Strategic Thinking skills. 

• Growing Business Acumen:  Created a case-based learning program to strengthen adoption of new Sales-wide profit measures for FY 2015-2016. Training was deployed to all the field sales teams.

• Expert Panels: Lead and coordinated packing, release and placement of two product usage studies for an Expert Panel and released documentation reporting key consumer requirements.

• Supplier Analysis: Led analysis of Taiwanese fiber manufacturing team.

• On-Boarding Tool: Created department-wide tool to enable ease of on-boarding for new suppliers, allowing buyers to access a structured repository to quickly initiate new suppliers. 

• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Identified under-performing suppliers, conducted extensive evaluations based on overall performance reviews and provided guidance on specific opportunity areas.
