I spent over two years at LinkedIn, working in Marketing & Sales, advising 200+ B2B companies and managing €6.5M in ad spend.

I know both how LinkedIn works internally and how the "outside" world runs.

One thing I can tell you for sure: LinkedIn optimizes for itself.

Most “best practices” and default settings are built to burn your budget, not grow your business.

Die meisten B2B-Unternehmen in Deutschland behandeln LinkedIn Ads, organische Inhalte und Social Selling als separate Projekte. Marketing erstellt Content, Sales macht Outreach und niemand redet miteinander 🫠 

Nach einem Jahr online Zusammenarbeit mit Horváth durfte ich nun das ganze Team in Stuttgart treffen und direkt einen Strategie Workshop zusammen mit Ersin halten.

Unser Ansatz: Das gesamte Marketing- und Sales-Ökosystem betrachten, nicht bei Ads oder Sales Navigator anfangen. 

Um "die perfekte Marketing & Sales Kampagne" auf LI zu haben, muss man nämlich zuerst raus zoomen und verstehen, welche kommerziellen Ziele man hat, welche Kanäle man bespielt, historische Daten analysieren, interne Prozesse bauen, etc. 

It's a lot but worth it.

Erst dann und nur so kann man LinkedIn (=Organisch, Paid und Social Selling)  als ein Bulletproof-System zur Kundengewinnung aufbauen. 

Während mein Fokus auf Marketing lag, hat Ersin seine Sales Weisheiten geteilt.

Seit Jahren predigen wir diesen integrierten Ansatz. Heute ist er kein Nice-to-have mehr. 

Die meisten Unternehmen in Deutschland wachen langsam auf. Horváth ist schon meilenweit voraus.
