- Not being able to work with music on. I have tried everything - headphones, airpods, loud music, lofi EVERYTHING. It always feels like music is taking over my brain and I am lagging behind 

- There is always a ticking clock in my brain. I assign deadlines in my mind that's way before the actual deadline. People are generally unable to match my pace and hence more anxiety 

- Heart beats faster at any point - sometimes without even realising what triggered the anxious thoughts 

- Thinking about hypothetical scenarios that don't exist and making up back-up plans in mind that I will never need

- Self-doubt kicks in at every minor hurdle and all I want then is reassurance 

It never goes away completely. 

It's rather a journey of being adaptive.

5 Ways to Increase the Conversion Potential of TOFU Blogs

The most reliable content boost I’ve seen this year didn’t come from publishing more. It came from refreshing and redistributing what already exists. (Proof below) 👇

Every time I take an older piece, update the thinking, tighten the structure, bring in newer examples, and then repurpose it across formats, the outcome is the same:

The content re-enters the ecosystem with far more momentum than it had originally.

And this isn’t just anecdotal. Ahrefs’ latest study shows a clear pattern:

AI engines disproportionately cite content that has been updated recently.

- Not necessarily high-ranking pages.
- Not necessarily high-authority domains.

Just fresh, relevant, structured content.

That matches what I’ve been seeing.

A refreshed idea travels faster across the entire journey:

→ A short POV post builds the narrative.
→ A carousel or snippet delivers the depth.
→ A quick founder post gives it emotion and recall.
→ An email version lands it in a more intimate channel.

Same idea, different expressions — without recreating everything from scratch.

And when the core piece is fresh, everything downstream performs better — including visibility on AI engines, which now behave more like rapid content aggregators than traditional search.

One refreshed idea → multiple formats → consistent presence.

Not louder content. Just smarter circulation.

Not every BOFU piece deserves a refresh. Here’s how I decide which ones do 👇

- I don’t chase traffic — I chase conversion intent. If it’s ranking for “pricing”, “tool”, or “comparison” keywords → it’s worth a look.

- I check if the decision-critical info (pricing logic, ROI math, screenshots, integrations) is outdated — that’s what actually drives refreshes.

- I compare conversion signals — scroll depth, CTA clicks, demo form views — before assuming it’s underperforming.

- I benchmark against current SERP leaders to see if the decision narrative has shifted.

Finally, I score effort vs. impact. If the refresh won’t change business outcomes, it waits.

In short — intent + decision impact + ROI of effort. Everything else can wait.
