10 Habits I will not forward in 2026 (Part 2) — from a marketer’s brain 🧠

1. Chasing “content ideas” instead of building points of view
If your idea can be tweeted by anyone, it’s not a POV. I’m done mistaking volume for thinking.

2. Treating distribution as an afterthought
“If it’s good, it’ll perform” is a lie I told myself for too long. Good content needs a plan. Repetition. Context. Timing.

3. Creating ONLY “educational” content that avoids taking a side
Neutral content is safe. It’s also forgettable.

4. Explaining my work instead of documenting it
Proof beats persuasion—every single time. Plus, you need those playbooks to scale.

5. Over-educating before earning attention
People don’t need more lessons. They need clarity, relevance, and one sharp takeaway.

6. Calling everything ‘strategy’
If it doesn’t change decisions, trade-offs, or outcomes—it’s NOT a strategy, at best an experiment.

7. Ignoring intent signals because they’re “not scalable”
The most valuable insights rarely are. And that’s exactly why they work.

8. Optimizing content for discovery instead of decision-making
Search and reach are entry points. Decisions are the real win.

9. Waiting to feel ready before sharing
Polish comes later. Signal comes first. I’m choosing momentum over perfection.

10. Measuring success only in traffic or impressions
Pipeline impact. Trust. Inbound conversations. Those are the metrics that actually change careers.

Still learning. Just clearer about what I’m done doing.
