Dr.Charmaine Gooden Monteith has worked at various levels of the education system .She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University(Florida) with a Doctorate of Education and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with Social Scienes and is a graduate of the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication(CARIMAC) at the University of the West Indies Mona.

She has worked in Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Educational Leadership and as a teacher. She has facilitated and presented at numerous Conferences , Workshops and Webinars locally, Regionally and Internationally. She also hosted the Teachers' Time Radio Programme aired on RJR(14 years). She has recently started her own Podcast.
She has designed Courses and created numerous Case Studies and Scenarios.
