I built TNV Method because I was a woman with insulin resistance & high visceral fat who got generic advice that didn't work. I had to figure it out myself... painfully slowly ... and when I did, I realized how badly women with complex hormonal conditions are underserved. 

So I built something different.

TNV Method works with women navigating some of the hardest cases in hormonal health — endometriosis, premature ovarian insufficiency, absent cycles, PCOS that hasn't responded to conventional approaches. Our clients aren't looking for a meal plan. They're looking for answers they've spent years not getting. 

Our team is small, clinical, and deeply intentional. We work alongside health psychologists. We dig into root causes. We take cases that require real thinking.

A before/after photo does not tell the whole story.

Yet somehow, it became the only metric anyone uses to judge a coach's work.

Few things a "client before/after" does not capture but is crucial to know

➡️ It does not capture the mindset shift.
🧠 Eating protein with every meal until night time cravings quietly disappeared -  not through willpower. Because her body finally felt safe.

➡️ It does not capture the period that came  back after 14 months..
🧠 She texted us before she told her family.

➡️ It does not capture the conversation where she told her coach "I've tried everything, I don't think my body can change."
🧠 And her coach said "you haven't tried this. And I'm not leaving until we figure it out together."
