I built TNV Method because I was a woman with insulin resistance & high visceral fat who got generic advice that didn't work. I had to figure it out myself... painfully slowly ... and when I did, I realized how badly women with complex hormonal conditions are underserved. 

So I built something different.

TNV Method works with women navigating some of the hardest cases in hormonal health — endometriosis, premature ovarian insufficiency, absent cycles, PCOS that hasn't responded to conventional approaches. A before/after photo does not tell the whole story.

Yet somehow, it became the only metric anyone uses to judge a coach's work.

Few things a "client before/after" does not capture but is crucial to know

➡️ It does not capture the mindset shift.
🧠 Eating protein with every meal until night time cravings quietly disappeared -  not through willpower. Because her body finally felt safe.
