Digital Marketing Executive

Devising monthly marketing campaigns for Bauer Media Audio - Hits Radio Brands with Head of Commercial Marketing and key internal stakeholders whilst, defining campaign objectives and USP positioning.

Responsible for achieving campaign calendar objectives and other day-to-day outputs in relation to copywriting, creative content, sales collaterals, email, website, social media, automation and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Managing the B2B campaign calendar lifecycle. Adjusting campaigns as needed in response to data collected and strategic directives.

Identifying market trends, sector trends, opportunities and threats working closely with the Research and Insight teams.

Collaborating with the commercial marketing designer to deliver campaign assets that fulfils brand values and defined standards.

Writing clear, concise, & jargon- free copies that follows a brief and adheres to company image- effectively meeting sign off criteria.

Maintaining a first class SharePoint asset site, ensuring all collaterals and insights are available to the sales team to support their activities across the business. 

Executing internal comms. to keep the wider teams engaged & informed on latest campaign updates and other vital messages.

Tracking and reporting on marketing leads and performance, ROI and other metrics such as leads source, leads quality, revenue from leads, AOV, sales conversion rate and many more.

I planned, implemented and reviewed marketing campaigns - to generate leads and create engagement across multiple marketing channels such as website, paid search, social media, organic search, online events, email and paid social advertising.

I created contents (written and digital - in a variety of formats) that are knowledgeable, valuable and align to business objectives, positioned to nurture people and improve brand and product awareness.

I prepared, launched and analysed paid social campaigns such as LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Ads.

I built & wrote content for email/newsletter & managed communications with clients, prospects and partners through MailChimp.

I was responsible for website content management - everything including front-end to back-end WordPress development, SEO keyword and image optimisation, creating user friendly webpages, implementation of a range of plugins, measuring website analytics and ensuring updates, performance and security requirements are met.

I proactively researched competitors and the wider market to keep up-to date with target audience behaviour and technological trends to ensure that campaigns remain effective at all times. 

Utilising Hootsuite, I planned and managed the scheduling of weekly - to- monthly campaigns and contents on Social Media.

I liaised with the sales and product team to optimise audience experience and ensure brand consistency are met in creating marketing and sales collaterals such as product guides, playbooks, infographics.

I developed leadership skills via the supervision of intern for a business project, in conjunction with inputs from key internal and external stakeholders.

Provided support, guidance and activities to encourage and promote student’s social and behavioural development acting as a listener, learning facilitator and motivator. 

Worked collaboratively with tutors and school key contacts to plan and organise mentoring sessions. Also, ensured all safe-guarding concerns were handled appropriately and adequately.

Helped students to plan and organise their learning by using and teaching them a variety of strategies.

Monitored student development, progress. Rewarded their achievements and issued awards.

Maintained records, produced detailed written reports/mentoring logs whilst ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

I reported and worked directly with the head of HR to streamline internal HR employee lifecycle processes. 

These included but not limited to recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, ER disciplinary and grievances, absence management, off-boarding, leave/adoption applications processes and so on. I utilised Microsoft 365 Office Suite, LucidChart to automate processes to create efficiency and effectiveness.

I undertook a valuable project - to design and develop an employee engagement survey which was approved by the top management for staff implementation.

I assisted in the enhancement and innovative modification of the company’s employee performance review form, policies and guidance document.
