In January of 2023 my NERD team merged with our Global Solutions team to double our IT team from 7 to 15 individuals. I am responsible for heading up the entire technology team with an emphasis in relationship/community building among tech professionals across the country. For a year following landing my first role in tech, I held live, weekly, online coffee chats for aspiring and junior developers, where I invited a different guest speaker each week from the industry to hang out with me and chat and pass along advice. 

Attendees were treated to 30+ minutes of fun conversation, an open question period where they gained access to some amazing people, and then a networking period where they could connect with others in the industry.
