Why Degreed? We started Degreed with a passion for lifelong learning and have since seen what works (and what doesn’t) across hundreds of the most innovative learning organizations. After we established the category of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) at Degreed, I left to tackle a new set of ambitious challenges and cofounded Learn In.  In 2022, through acquisition, we combined the latest innovations from Learn In with Degreed’s market-leading platform to build the next chapter of products to support lifelong learning.

That's what employee engagement looks like in the workplace. And its impact on the business is tremendous! 

For the last 15 years, I have been empowering people to learn and grow while focusing my work on 3 key areas : the corporate culture and work environment, leadership development and employee development.

I am also an advocate of diversity and inclusion. I seek to educate people about the value that difference of personality, culture and perspective can bring to performance and growth. This has proven to be particularly important in the multicultural and matrix environments that I worked in.
