Identify and embed onboarding best practices for the diverse Support Center staff responsible for providing support, solutions, and services to Chick-fil-A Operators nationwide.

Created sustainable learning artifacts that support the long-standing vision, values and culture of Chick-fil-A, with an eye toward immersive, cutting-edge learning experiences for staff in the future.

Defined and articulated learning modality strategies and recommendations as part of the onboarding journey and roadmap needs analysis deep dive for New Staff and Hiring Managers.

Outlined linkages between onboarding and broader talent development strategies including but not limited to: Culture, Engagement, People Leader Development, Employee Retention and more.

Developed the internal CM Strategy and Staffing model across Cox Automotive solutions groups, including internal practitioners, consultants, contractors and designated collaboration partners within the business.

Change Management Strategy Lead – Develops the change management strategy for the organization and educates senior leaders on benefits and outcomes. Develops a structured change management team, approach and methodology for the people side of change ensuring the change strategy aligns with the business's vision and solutions that meets organizational needs. 

Change Management Consultant/Coach – Work with executives on their roles within the change management process including anticipation and remediation of obstacles, development of communication plans, and assembly  a team that represents all stakeholders of the change effort. Ensure visibility of change management projects and keep leadership up to date on progress, risks and known issues.

CM Methodology and Best Practice Owner - Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes. Report outcomes to executive leadership. Recommend course corrections when necessary. Assess, develop and execute a culture framework aimed at managing business results including employee engagement. Designed the core offerings and strategic agreements used to govern the CM CoE support model.
