Where did I learn this? Prior to Braver Leaders I spent 12 years honing these foundations, building, leading and coaching revenue and leadership teams in Europe, the US, Asia and APAC in start-up, scale-up and enterprise environments within tech, advertising and media.

Shootsta had strong aspirations for building sustainable growth throughout the world. To achieve this we understood the pivotal need to create a connected and aligned leadership team. When it came down to it Shootsta was a bootstrapped and lean business and was faced with the dilemma of whether to invest internally in leadership and team performance or go externally. 

Within 6 months our CEO and Founder, Mike Pritchett, recognised that my relationship building skills mixed with my leadership and team coaching prowess could be the initial solution to this challenge. 

Over the next 5 years Mike, the senior leadership team and I co-created team and individual performance programmes that allowed Shootsta to become the World's largest video content creator by the start of 2020.

- Led the change management programmes when Shootsta transitioned between from a tech-enabled service model to become a SaaS ecosystem.

Global Leadership & Performance Coach

- Taking my learnings from my GTM role and having led the globe in customer love metrics I took ownership of the net revenue and logo retention of Shootsta's global portfolio of 400+ Enterprise and Fortune 500 businesses accounts worth over $USD 12m in ARR across 5 regions. 

- Achieved 135% Quarter-on-quarter net dollar retention across H1 
- Restructured and optimised the global team within 6 months

Global Head of Account Management

- Landed and expanded Shootsta across EMEA from the ground up from 1 to 23 FTE by creating incredible customer stories whilst building upon Shootsta's world beating culture. I owned P&L and capital allocation across the EMEA business.

-  Built the sales, marketing and account lifecycle team in EMEA, growing to $USD 750k ARR business in the first year with organic growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Increased revenue to $1.9m ARR in the 2nd year.

Digital marketing agency focused on innovative and measurable AR and digital development solutions that help build incredible brands. SaaS MarTech reseller model for Plattar, the world's first AR platform developed through the One Fat Sheep product ecosystem. 

Brought in to build upon new business wins with exceptional customer experience to pave the way to retained relationships. Full P&L ownership and budget development across APAC business. Leading sales, growth and success teams;

- Transformed the agency from website and brand production to
become a tech-enabled augmented and virtual reality service.
- Led the acquisition of 40+ net new logos and account expansion. Evolved our commercial model to focus upon recurring revenue through retainers and reseller relationships with a 70% increase in ARR in Y2.

General Manager APAC

Vodafone New Zealand

In my remit as Operations Manager I managed the following deliverables.   

- Strategy alignment: Localised global device launches, including Apple iPhone launches, to NZ online and e-comm channels. Interfacing with agency, partners and internal stakeholders on localisation.
- Revenue maximisation: User journey optimisation to drive incremental e-comm uplift of 3-5%. Increased cart conversion rates by up to 6%. Successful Checkout Rate (SCR) optimisation with a 4.5% KPI met in Y1
- Platform development: Identified and executed new digital platform initiatives and campaigns across web and social for new routes to revenue. Increasing online conversion rates through improving the user journey
- Stakeholder management: Facilitated data-driven projects between C-suite, SLT and Online teams to meet Brand and Comms KPIs.

Online Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the delivery of digital engagement campaigns, supporting Digital KPIs
and Brand and Comms
- Manifesting the social media strategy within Vodafone’s owned, earned & paid
for social channels.
- Managing campaign monitoring, reporting & prioritisation across digital channels
- Leading and delivering engaging campaigns that generate online sales and leads
- Identifying new and innovative opportunities to leverage digital platforms
- Capitalising on internal and external relationships with stakeholders such as
customer operations, consumer business unit, brand and comms and agencies to
ensure Online and Brand KPIs are met.

Digital Producer

Contributed to multi-faceted digital marketing strategies and plans whilst pitching and creating proposals for new business 

Scoping documentation across a diverse range of clients throughout various digital platforms and offline mediums including conceptualisation of gamification, social media applications, advertising and online portals

Hands on management of a team of 9 designers/developers to produce; website builds/enhancements, social media apps, banners, and eDMs across internationally and domestically recognised retail brands including Vodafone, BP, Air New Zealand and Mazda.
