The aim of my Master research project was to improve invorigation of T-cells for Adoptive Cell Transfer in the field of immuno-oncology field. The project included multiple types of in-vitro and in-vivo experiments and different types of data analysis including SPSS, Flowjo and R. The research project was supervised by Dr. Anke Reddeker and Dr. Ramon Arens.

The aim of my Bachelor research project was to develop and optimize a novel semi-high throughput screening method for epilepsy and Angelman syndrome. Besides my research activities I developed an fully automated data analysis tool using Image J to support ongoing research.
