- Lead interaction designer for several Knowledge Environments (i.e. research collaboration communities) for the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Oxford University Press and the International Bone and Mineral Society.
- Managed client design projects from concept to launch.
- Drove the design and implementation of several core features that became part of the Knowledge Environment platform including a suite of personalization services (i.e. saved searches, research folders, etc) and an innovative virtual journal that pooled topical articles from multiple publications.
- Implemented a robust template system that allowed diverse Knowledge Environments to maximize shared code while accommodating customizations.

Responsible for developing digital products linked to the Technical Assistance Department (DAT), with a focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction and consolidation of the technical assistance service as a reference in Brazil.

Delivered:

- Coordinated the implementation of a technical management system in 3 new locations, resulting in significant reductions in operational and freight costs;
- Responsible for reducing the number of incidents related to the DAT system, improving reliability and the experience of internal users;
- Responsible for working together with product designers to understand user needs through research.

Product Manager - Technical Assistance Department

Responsible for continuously improving operational flows related to the process of receiving goods at Casas Bahia warehouses, ensuring operational efficiency and cost reduction in line with best logistics practices.

Delivered:

- Led the implementation of a new warehouse management system to replace the legacy system in 11 distribution centers throughout Brazil, including the largest distribution center in Latin America, located in Jundiaí/SP;
- Responsible for reducing the number of incidents related to the inbound process, improving reliability and the experience of internal users;
- Responsible for working together with product designers to understand user needs through research.
