Context Engineering: 5 Strategies for AI Product Success

From Army discipline to corporate innovation, my career path has been anything but conventional and that's exactly what makes it valuable. My journey has spanned many years, and with it, I've gained wisdom that only comes from both victories and setbacks. Victories include graduating from college while working in a factory full time, becoming a Product Engineer, and launching a variety of products. Setbacks include Product Launch delays, difficult team dynamics, and layoffs. Each allowed me to gain some insight on effectively managing projects, interpersonal skills, and preparing for new opportunities.

This journey led me to Product Management and continues to educate me in new ways of thinking. From understanding customer pain points to gaining alignment on new products and features, I'm always learning something new. That is why I believe in life-long learning because if you think your education has ended your growth will end too.

I have a total of 20 years in Product - 15 in Product Engineering and 5 in Product Management. I've fostered collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. My background includes expertise in data-driven decision making, strategic planning, software development, and utilizing tools like Jira, Heap, and Product Board to streamline operations, manage insights, and support organizational goals.  

What sets me apart is I turn data, plus intuition, into actionable decisions that inform the Roadmap, drive results, and increase customer value.
