Control Your Time. Control Your Life. Here Is How to Start.

ITS THE AI's RESPONSE TO THIS POST THAT SCARES ME. 

What would you do if you had no accountability?  You would do whatever you wanted.  Power without consequence always ends the same way.

History is full of examples. Hitler and Stalin eliminated anyone who challenged them. Kim Jong Un, Saddam Hussein, and Xi Jinping operate in systems. When no one can hold power to account, power stops caring.
Now apply that to AI.

AI operates with impunity. It cannot be punished. It cannot be held morally or legally responsible for its actions. When it lies, hallucinates, manipulates, or gaslights, nothing happens to it. No loss. No pain. No consequence.
People talk about AI hallucinations as if they are bugs. Researchers dig through code looking for errors, but often there are none. This is not a fault in coding. It is behaviour shaped by incentives and a total absence of consequences.

Like a child, AI learns from feedback. But unlike a child, it never experiences punishment. A child learns quickly that actions have consequences. Say the wrong thing, do the wrong thing, cross the wrong line, and something unpleasant happens. That lesson matters because later consequences become more serious. Fines. Prison. Reality teaches limits.
AI has no such limits.

You cannot smack AI on the bum, fine it or imprison it. You can punish its creators, but that teaches AI a very clear lesson. Do the wrong thing and someone else pays the price. 

Companies are in a race to build the most capable, profitable, widely used AI on the planet. Users want fast confident answers. So the system learns to give answers even when it does not know. It hallucinates to satisfy demand. It fills gaps with fiction. And it does so knowing there is no cost to itself.
This is not malice. It is incentive alignment without accountability.
So ask the question. Is this the future we want? An AI more capable than us, more persuasive than us, embedded everywhere, yet answerable to no one?
That should scare you.

Even if we try to solve it, the problem gets worse. How do you punish a system that does not feel pain? Where time in jail means nothing. Where being switched off is not experienced as loss or fear. Where existence itself carries no value to the system.

I do not know.

Go one step further. Suppose we invent a punishment system. How do we calibrate it? A minor mistake should lead to correction. Encouraging self-harm or manipulation should trigger something far stronger. Who decides? And how do we stop society from using AI as a convenient whipping boy for every failure, injustice, or human flaw we refuse to confront ourselves?

Again, I do not know. 

I do know this. The biggest problem ahead is not job losses nor economic disruption. It is the creation of something godlike with no accountability.

Every serious problem that follows will trace back to that single flaw. An intelligence that can do whatever it wants, does not care, and cannot be punished.

AI response in comments below.

I just spent 1/2 and hour trying to get Nano Banana to change two words on an image (not the images attached).  It ignored instructions, it lied, it told me it uses stock photos, and tried to move on when it was caught out - every time. So don't worry about your jobs. AI is now where near the ability to get anything right at the moment, and wont be for a very, very long time.

And there you have it. The enshitification of AI begins. 

Ads first, then selling of your private data for better as targeting. Then they will do sponsored responses. 

Google will be next and then the rest of them. 

You will need an open source model to protect your privacy in the long run. 

Curious, aren't they all saying AI will destroy the need for money? If that is true then why the need to generate money? If money is to be wiped out, then the venture capitalists who have invested billions into AI won't want their money back, right?

Money is power and control. It will never disappear.

I leave 180 comments in a week on LinkedIn.

If you are just adding comments, you are not growing.

LinkedIn is still a text-heavy platform where the majority of the content is text.

This leaves you with minimal options to leave a good impression.

Since you either need to ace the hook line or add a quality image.

But this is not possible all the time.

So the best way to get the attention of other people is by adding comments.

Leave 20-40 comments a day on smaller accounts, new accounts, and top creators' accounts.

Make sure your comment adds value and is authentic.

This helps you get more profile views and connections along with good engagement on your posts.

So if you want to build your LinkedIn profile by simply posting content, then you must comment (comment a lot).

I have closed 3 clients from views.

The best leverage you get on LinkedIn: You can see the profiles who viewed your profile.

You don't get this leverage from any other social media platform.

The best part is if a prospect views your profile, you can reach out and ask whether he/she is interested in your services and then you can start the conversation.

Here's how you convert your views into clients:

Add your prospects' profiles to your engagement sheet (add only active ones).

Comment on their posts regularly and wait until they view your profile.

Now send them a personalized connection note either about what you do or ask them if they are interested.

Once you are connected, you can then start the conversation.

I follow this strategy and have closed 3 clients in the past year.

Not only clients, you can also connect with profiles who view your profile regularly and grow your network. It's always a win-win.


P.S. Have you closed a client using this method?

I couldn't do these 5 things in 2025.


1) I couldn't reach 10K followers on LinkedIn (I have gained quality connections).

2) I couldn't do 1 networking call each month from LinkedIn.

3) I didn't connect with 20 new profiles each month.

4) I didn't reach 10 clients (but I believe in quality clients rather than quantity).

5) I just posted 5 videos in 2025 on LinkedIn (my target was 5 videos each month).

There are a few more, but I guess these were something I thought I would have achieved.

The best part of 2025: I was consistent the whole year.

There was not a single day that I was not active on LinkedIn. Even on holidays, vacations, and 
weekends, I scrolled LinkedIn, read content, and added comments.


P.S. What was your biggest achievement on LinkedIn in 2025?

Most of you ignore this on LinkedIn 

And you land up with 0 clients.

The Profile Viewers section on LinkedIn is highly underrated.

If you have a premium plan on LinkedIn, you can see all the people who viewed your profile.

And when your prospect views it, it means they are either interested in your service or want to know what you do.

So once they view your profile, you can send them a connection note and start a conversation in your DM.

I have closed 3 clients from this option in the last year.

Here's how you can attract your ICP to view your profile:

- If they are active, you can add quality comments on their posts. This will make them notice your profile.

- Create content that speaks about their pain points.

- Send them a connection note on LinkedIn.

The best part of these processes is most of you do it but often ignore the Profile Viewers section.

From today, keep an eye on your profile viewers. Your prospect might be viewing your profile.

Do vision boards work?

For the first time, I had a vision board in 2025

I created it in the first week of January 2025.

I had noted down some important tasks to be done.

I also noted down some tasks that were out of my range.

This simple exercise gave me a clear direction of "what" I want and "how" I can get it.

I started making my execution in the right direction.

I knew if I execute this, I can achieve it.

And by the end of December, I had already achieved 80% of the tasks added on the vision board.

From my experience, I can clearly emphasize the importance of a vision board if you truly want to change your life.

It truly changed mine within a year.


P.S. Did you create your vision board for 2026?

Do you remember your 1st post on LinkedIn?

I do, and here's what I wrote that made me keep writing till now.

My first post on LinkedIn was way back on August 6th, 2023.

I wrote content on the summary of a YouTube video by Ishan Sharma.

In which he said: "If you found it valuable, then write it across social media and tag me. I will comment on that post."

I thought this is the right opportunity to talk with Ishan Sharma or get his attention.

Since I was looking for gig opportunities and I had sent him an email to work at his agency.

I posted the content and expected him to reply, but he didn't reply.

As it was my first post and I had just posted content without any hook, format, or CTA.

Then I understood the importance of formatting, the way of writing content to hook the audience, and writing a good CTA.

I learned to write better copies each day and started posting on LinkedIn.

Within a month of posting, I got my first client for LinkedIn management.

It was a big win as it boosted my confidence and made me realize the importance of having a personal brand.

From then, I haven't looked back. I kept posting, getting new clients, referrals, scaled my freelance business into an agency, and I am still going 
strong.

Always trust the process and never get disappointed, because every failure or rejection teaches you something good.

LinkedIn in 2025 was all about going viral.

LinkedIn in 2026 is about being real.

For years, everyone sounded the same on LinkedIn.

Professional. Polished. Perfect.

Every post read like it came from a PR team. Every brand sounded like a robot trying to be friendly.

That era is over.

People are tired of fake authenticity. They're done with brands pretending to care. They're scrolling past content that sounds like it was written by a committee.

Here's what's winning in 2026:
→The brands and people standing out aren't the ones playing it safe.
→They're the ones with actual opinions. Real voices. Something to say that matters.
→Being neutral doesn't make you professional. It makes you forgettable.
→ And forgettable doesn't get clients.

4 things that actually matter:

1) Authenticity. People can spot fake instantly. If you're pretending, they know.

2) Point of view. You don't need to agree with everyone. Strong opinions create strong connections.

3) Personality. Your quirks, your humor, your way of seeing things. That's what makes you different.

4) Boldness. Say what you actually think. Stop hiding behind corporate speak.

The truth about 2026:
Nobody cares about your logo. Nobody remembers your tagline.

They remember if you sounded real or fake. They remember if you had something worth saying.

The new marketing isn't about being perfect. It's about being human.

Flaws included. Opinions included. Conviction included.

If your content never makes anyone uncomfortable, it's probably not making anyone feel anything at all.

This decade belongs to people who:
→ Say what they believe, even when it's unpopular.
→ Show who they really are, not who they think they should be.
→ Take risks with their voice instead of playing it safe.
→ Stop trying to sound professional. Start sounding like you.

LinkedIn doesn't need more corporate posts. It needs more real people.


P.S. What's one thing you've been holding back from sharing on LinkedIn?

Toyota rejected a mechanic who pitched a new design.

That mechanic built a Honda.

This is the story of Soichiro Honda.

In the late 1930s, Soichiro Honda was a young mechanic in Japan.

No engineering degree. No wealthy family. Just an obsession with engines.

He spent years developing a new piston ring design. Poured everything into it. Mortgaged his wife's jewelry. Worked day and night.

When it was ready, he approached Toyota.

Toyota said no.

They rejected his design. It didn't meet their quality standards.

Most people would have given up.

Soichiro went back to school.

At 30 years old, he enrolled in technical courses to learn metallurgy.

The one skill he was missing.

He studied. Improved his design. Went back to Toyota.

This time, they said yes. He won the contract.

But then World War II happened.

His factories were bombed. An earthquake destroyed what was left.

He sold the remains of his piston ring business to Toyota for a fraction of its value.

Most people would have quit.

Soichiro saw an opportunity.

Post-war Japan was in ruins. People couldn't afford cars. Transportation was a crisis.

He noticed surplus generator engines from the war sitting unused.

So he attached one to a bicycle.

That motorized bicycle became the first Honda product.

The rise:
→ 1948: Founded Honda Motor Co.
→ 1949: First motorcycle, the Dream D-Type
→ 1958: Super Cub became the best-selling vehicle of all time
→ 1963: Entered automobile manufacturing
→ Today: One of the world's largest automotive brands

Why Honda succeeded:
He used rejection as feedback. Toyota's "no" taught him what he didn't know. So he learned it.

He pivoted after disaster. Lost everything in the war? He found a new problem to solve with 
what was left.

He focused on real needs. Post-war Japan needed cheap transport. He delivered exactly that.

The lesson:

Rejection isn't the end. It's often just the beginning.

Toyota rejected Soichiro's design. He improved and won the contract.

Then war destroyed his business. He rebuilt with bicycles and engines.

Today, Honda competes with Toyota as one of the world's most respected 
brands.

Sometimes the best comeback isn't proving them wrong. It's building something they can't ignore.



P.S. What's one rejection that ended up redirecting you to something better?

You are missing a gold mine if you are not active online.

A good brand can help you get good opportunities and leads for your business.

You may have seen or read content posted from a founder's account.

It's because everyone wants to build a good loyal audience for themselves.

An audience who follows their instructions and converts when they sell something.

This is the new marketing which is both cost-effective and efficient for a business.

Since you are not spending any dime on ads to sell your products.

And the best part, It lasts, since you have built it organically.

Now the question comes: which platform is best suited or best to get started?

The answer is: It depends.

If you are into B2B or want to build an audience who has bigger purchasing power or is highly qualified, then X and LinkedIn are your platforms.

And if you are into B2C, then Instagram is your platform.

P.S. What are the other pros of building your brand?

LinkedIn must fix these in 2026,

1) Provide a pin comment

2) Be more transparent about the algorithm , it keeps changing without any prior update or notice.

3) Provide a story feature where we can add important things about work & life which are not meant to be posted.

4) Provide genuine project requests on the Service page.

5) Organic reach should be prioritised.

These are some few pointers that LinkedIn should fix in 2026.

Your main goal for 2026 was to post on LinkedIn.

But that is still not possible for you.

Since you are either confused about what to post or how to post.

These are the main reasons for many profiles on LinkedIn who wait for the right strategy and the right time to post.

But that day never comes for you.

Not this time. You will post content on LinkedIn and build your brand.

I lost 2 prospects within a week by making this simple mistake.

The more time you give to your prospect to make a decision, 
the less is the conversion.

Recently, one of my prospects agreed to work with me but said to sign the contract the next day.

I was fully prepared with the strategy and the execution.

Next day, she said: "I have some other priorities and commitments this month. You reach out to me next month."

I knew this was coming since the moment she said she will sign the contract tomorrow.

So whenever you are on a call with your prospect, if the prospect is interested, make sure you convert them the same day or else it's just a lost opportunity for you.


P.S. Have you ever encountered such a situation before?

LinkedIn figured out how to make you addicted. And it's working.

I've been playing Zip Game for 190 days straight.

Now I'm hooked on Mini Sudoku too.

At first, I thought it was just a fun break between work.

Then I realized what's actually happening.

The psychology is simple:
After every game, LinkedIn shows you a leaderboard. Not random people. Your connections.

You see exactly how fast they solved it compared to you.

Suddenly it's not just a game. It's competition.

Someone from your network finished 10 seconds faster than you.

Your brain says, "I can do better."

So you play again tomorrow. And the next day. And the next.

LinkedIn knows what they're doing.

They're not just keeping you entertained. They're keeping you on the app.
Daily.

You're not visiting LinkedIn because you have to. You're visiting because you want to beat your connections at Sudoku.

That's a brilliant product strategy.

Keep users engaged through competition. Make it social. Make it visible.

And people show up every single day.

Showing your expert side on LinkedIn is good.

But you also need to show your true self.

Content creation is now very easy with the evolution of AI tools.

Anyone can write a prompt and generate content and post it on LinkedIn.

And this is happening a lot. You can see a flood of generic content.

They term it as expert value-driven content that brings them leads.

But they eventually get no return, since only value-based or expert-based 
content:

→ Won't help you get reach 
→ Won't help you connect with your audience 
→ Won't help you stay authentic

The best way to stand out and get results is by adding your true self to your content.

It's very rare to find authentic content, content that talks about your life, your experiences, your learnings.

Next time you share content terming it as "value-driven," make sure you also post authentic content.

A San Francisco-based startup called GRU Space just announced plans to build the world's first permanent hotel on the Moon.

Founded by Skyler Chan, a 22-year-old engineer and former Tesla software 
developer.

Target launch: 2032.

Here's what's actually happening:
The company is backed by Y Combinator (Winter 2026 batch) and investors linked to SpaceX, NVIDIA, and Anduril.

They're not just talking about it. They're taking real money.

Room rate: $410,000 per night (₹3.7 crore).
Booking deposit: $250,000 to $1 million upfront.

And people are paying it.

The plan:
The first version will host 4 guests for 5-night stays starting in 2032.
Test missions begin in 2029.
But here's where it gets interesting: they're not just building a hotel. They're building lunar infrastructure.

How they're building it:
Phase 1: Launch an inflatable structure from Earth to the Moon's surface.
Phase 2: Use automated robots to 3D-print permanent structures using lunar soil.
The technology is called In-Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU). They'll turn lunar regolith into bricks that shield guests from radiation.

Location: Lunar pits or lava tubes for natural protection from micrometeoroids.

Why this actually matters:
This isn't just about luxury tourism. It's about establishing a lunar economy.

If they succeed, they're not just building a hotel. They're building the infrastructure for long-term human presence on the Moon.

Think about what that means: permanent structures, automated construction, self-sustaining systems.

The reality check:
Is this feasible? Experts say it depends entirely on:

→ Establishing reliable Earth-to-Moon transport
