•	 Closed off 5 Auto policies by interviewing prospective clients to learn about their financial needs and to discuss any existing coverage.
•	 Helped close off 2 Home policies by processing their applications, payments, and evaluating financial records in moments of transition
•	 Setup 5 CD accounts through several warms leads by helping customers plan for their financial future.

Deloitte-trained, I served as a Managing Director building and scaling one of the firm’s fastest-growing practices, where I led national pursuits, developed go-to-market strategies, and partnered with C-suite executives to deliver integrated risk, compliance, and financial reporting solutions.

Beyond Deloitte, I have served as COO and founder in fintech and digital assets, leading payments and infrastructure initiatives that bridged banks, custodians, and fintechs. I bring expertise in regulated payments rails, custody, tokenization, and compliance, along with a proven ability to build and lead sales organizations that win enterprise-level, multi-year transformation deals.

Power of “And” | Choosing One Room

During Techweek in Chicago last year, my schedule was full and I realistically did not have time to attend any events. I made one exception and chose to go to a single event hosted by Haley Kwait Zollo, being intentional about where I showed up and why.

That decision led me to meet Rabbi Avraham Kagan. During our conversation, I shared one of my favorite Hebrew words, Bitachon, which speaks to trust and confidence in God and His providence. That moment sparked a personal connection and led us to meet one-on-one.

Rabbi Avraham and I later met for coffee, which turned into a deep and fulfilling conversation centered on Qoheleth. Afterward, he invited me to walk with him to his next meeting, where I met Josh Furstoss.

Josh is one of the most intelligent, passionate, humble, and genuinely positive people focused on making real progress that I met in 2025. Thoughtful in how he listens, optimistic in how he builds, and intentional in how he shows up for others. A brand-new relationship that mattered quickly. I am thankful to call him a friend, and I truly believe he will be part of the next generation of innovative AI-driven automated solutions.
