	Invitation after successful completion of 03 years.
	Staff Tax schedules preparation and TDS challan submission.

Administration 

	Coordinate with vendors for payment 
	Agreement with vendors, update and file maintenance
	Coordinate the formal documentation procedures to obtain renewal of representative office license from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).

	Maintain books of accounts of the project and ensure smooth functioning of the accounting systems and record keeping of the project.
	Prepare monthly Cash Flow Statement for Pepperoni Limited.
	Accounts payable and aging.
	Ensure the budgetary control. Remind the concerned project personnel to keep the expenditure within the budget limit.
	Fund Management (Cash forecast and cash disbursement), fund requisition and regular correspondence with the respective banks.
