and you’ll be able to understand the monthly financial reports.

Most founders burn out not from hard work,
but from romanticizing the grind.

And they silently resent it.

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. 
𝗜𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲.

I know.

I was on a road that was long. 
Twisted. 
Steep.

I kept walking. 
Striving uphill.

Boots worn thin, 
I told myself persistence was noble.

But the signs were there—
pointing to a place I’d never choose. 

After a long journey—
I found myself in a town of regret. 

I stopped. Looked back. 
The miles stung—wasted steps. 

But ahead? 
That’s where the map ends— 
new direction begins. 

If you keep going the wrong direction,
you just end up further down a road...
one that dead ends...
in a place you don't really want to be.

𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱.

You don’t win by trudging toward a dead end. 
You win by turning around. 
Establishing a new path. 

Bad roads don’t care about your loyalty. 
They just lead where they lead—
somewhere you’ll hate. 

Pause. 

Check the signs. 

If the destination’s wrong, your journey’s a lie. 

Change direction. 

Now.

Most people are uncomfortable selling.

Change that by doing these 3 things:

1. Know the value of your offer:

- What specific outcome do you create?
- Who benefits most from that?
- What is it worth to them?

2. Articulate the challenges you solve:

- What keeps people from creating the outcome above?
- What happens when they solve those challenges?
- How do you help them get there?

3. Sell the right way:

- Pursue people who are ready.
- Build authority with those who aren't.
- Create an effective outreach and nurture process.

Most people focus on the wrong things.

They focus on "Me", "Myself", "My Solution" and "I".

Big mistake.

Sales is about THEM.
