I’m a jack of all trades. I have sharp observational, analytical, and research skills. I excel in situations requiring unconventional, effective, and logical solutions and I’m very strategically capable. I have a quick, imaginative, and innovative mind, always full of exciting ideas.

I’m incredibly ambitious and I believe that nothing is impossible. I believe everything should be open to questioning and reevaluation. Therefore I usually don’t do well with limitations and traditions. Especially when they are blindly followed, without asking why or understanding their intent.

I’m known to be very tolerant, and I respect - and often understand - other people's views and opinions, even when I disagree with them.

I appreciate substance over superficiality, and I don’t speak unless I have something interesting to say. I'm curious, have a big hunger for knowledge, and I’m a proud tech nerd.

I initially had a technical background and a broad and good technical understanding. After starting my first company, I moved more into the commercial side of running a startup. Having both technical insight and commercial understanding gives me a unique edge. I also have hands-on experience with M&As, scaling recurring revenue, cloud infrastructure, automation, crypto assets, and more.

In recent years, I have worked with multiple startup companies as an advisor, as well as being the youngest investor and advisor at a Copenhagen-based venture capital fund, Nordic Eye. Now working on

In the beginning I had no clue of what I was doing. No wonder. I had no editing skills, knew nothing about good audio quality and zero experience in chatting with often extremely successful entrepreneurs. What started as a hobby project with a few listeners, became a full-time occupation, as it's grew to the biggest podcast about founder stories in Denmark with +270 episodes and +1.000.000 plays.

Actually RES was threaten me quite nicely, but when the level of boredom reached a critical level, I quit and became a pilgrim on Camino de Santiago instead. Tog med min bedste ven, som jeg i dag (anno maj 2020 igen arbejder med i eget selskab) til Holland på udenlandsk praktikeventyr hos Europas største webshop for lyskilder. 

Sammen var vi ansvarlige for alt vedrørende salg, kundeservice og marketing, hvilket i sig selv var en kæmpe oplevelse. Ledelsen var ung og uerfaren, men vi rockede den alligevel igennem og sprang alle salgs og marketingrekorder med et salgsindeks på over 180 og Google Adwords ROI på 1080 %.

Praktikopholdet lærte mig især, at humor er en vigtig del af arbejdsglæden, at Fredagsbar er en fremragende opfindelse og at hollænderne på mange måder ligner danskerne - pinligt reserverede, men dejligt ligefremme!

Jeg afviste en fastansættelse (se anbefaling) for at drage hjem til Thoms Helmig og Aarhus.

I manage to overachieve my sales targets and was internally promoted, as the employee with lowest cancellation rate and with most additional sales. After becoming a consultant, I got promoted to sales coach, from which I coached, motivated and trained my own sales unit of a total number of 6 persons. The promotions also involved a more management focused position at the regional office, including a deeper understanding of budget handling.

I am an inventive and relationship-driven content creator who works well in the crossroad between project managing content productions and having hands down in the engine room myself.

For the past few years, I have primarily felt triggered about during so in the entrepreneurial space with podcasting as the main channel. I have grown a hobby podcast to become the biggest Danish podcast about founders stories with + 1 million streams through over 250 episodes.

I also consult on a paid freelance basis in everything related to podcast.

After all, sabbatical years, entry level jobs, volunteer work, carrier changes etc. makes a great impact of who we become and I truly consider it as a strength, when people cares more about what is good for themselves, rather than what looks good from the perspectives of others.
