I’m a jack of all trades. I have sharp observational, analytical, and research skills. I excel in situations requiring unconventional, effective, and logical solutions and I’m very strategically capable. I have a quick, imaginative, and innovative mind, always full of exciting ideas.

I’m incredibly ambitious and I believe that nothing is impossible. I believe everything should be open to questioning and reevaluation. Therefore I usually don’t do well with limitations and traditions. Especially when they are blindly followed, without asking why or understanding their intent.

I’m known to be very tolerant, and I respect - and often understand - other people's views and opinions, even when I disagree with them.

I appreciate substance over superficiality, and I don’t speak unless I have something interesting to say. I'm curious, have a big hunger for knowledge, and I’m a proud tech nerd.

I initially had a technical background and a broad and good technical understanding. After starting my first company, I moved more into the commercial side of running a startup. Having both technical insight and commercial understanding gives me a unique edge. I also have hands-on experience with M&As, scaling recurring revenue, cloud infrastructure, automation, crypto assets, and more.

Lån & Spar Bank has been a digital niche bank in the Swedish market since 2015. The offer includes unsecured loans, insurance, credit cards and saving accounts. The strategy is to reach new customers through collaborations with organizations and offer their members bank products with membership benefits. Lån & Spar Bank is a Danish bank and is listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. 25 employees in Sweden and in total 420.
 
My primary responsibilities was Lån & Spar Bank subsidiary in Sweden, the Swedish strategy and leading the Swedish management team. I was also engaged in marketing and the business and IT development.
 
Primary Results
• Established a new bank in the Swedish market and within Swedish regulations
• Established a digital sales model that simplifies for customers, provides direct answers with a very efficient production including predictable and effective credit and debt collection
• Increased business volume from 1 billion SEK to 2.4 billion SEK (2017-12)
• Developed customer satisfaction; - we competed with the best in our segment in Sweden
• Achieved employee satisfaction in line with the bank’s high level, the bank received the prize “Great place to work”. Building strong motivated teams has been a key factor.

Konceptbanken was a business area within Sparbanken Öresund. The mission was to sell banking products via distance channels such as Internet and phone to private individuals in Sweden. Konceptbanken was a cooperation between Sparbanken Öresund and Lån & Spar Bank. Sparbanken Öresund was a significant regional bank and was subsequently acquired by Swedbank.
 
My responsibility was establishment and development of Konceptbanken.
 
Primary Results
• The development of model-based credit decisions. Was the main reason for the growth and the tool to control the portfolio risk.
• Growth of business volume from 0.2 billion SEK to 1 billion SEK
• Through growth and cost control, operations were turned into a positive result

Sparbanken Öresund was a significant independent regional bank. Within the subsidiary Cerdo Bankpartner the bank developed bank products and necessary infrastructure. Sparbanken Öresund was subsequently acquired by Swedbank.
 
My responsibility as manager of the project office was to handle, among several project executions, the exchange of banking system and merger between Finn and Gripen to Öresund. The organization consisted of 20 employees/consultants and a budget of 100 milion SEK. I developed methods for successful change projects.

My primary responsibilities was to lead the company's 10 salespersons and developers. I started the company, developed it and achieved profitability quickly. In the end we had a successful exit.

I am an investor and business leader who takes startup companies to growth companies. My background is mainly within fintech and banking, where I have developed financial products with the help of the opportunities that technology development offers. I have built up a digital bank, a technology company and now I am focused on fintech companies.
