I’m a jack of all trades. I have sharp observational, analytical, and research skills. I excel in situations requiring unconventional, effective, and logical solutions and I’m very strategically capable. I have a quick, imaginative, and innovative mind, always full of exciting ideas.

I’m incredibly ambitious and I believe that nothing is impossible. I believe everything should be open to questioning and reevaluation. Therefore I usually don’t do well with limitations and traditions. Especially when they are blindly followed, without asking why or understanding their intent.

I’m known to be very tolerant, and I respect - and often understand - other people's views and opinions, even when I disagree with them.

I appreciate substance over superficiality, and I don’t speak unless I have something interesting to say. I'm curious, have a big hunger for knowledge, and I’m a proud tech nerd.

I initially had a technical background and a broad and good technical understanding. After starting my first company, I moved more into the commercial side of running a startup. Having both technical insight and commercial understanding gives me a unique edge. Virksomheder der laver magneter. 
𝘔𝘦𝘯 𝘬𝘶𝘯 𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘬ø𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘥ø𝘳𝘦. 

Virksomheder der omdanner plastikflasker til indmad i vindmøllevinger – og ikke laver andet. 

Virksomheder der bygger maskiner, som udelukkende kan male striber på veje.

Nogle laver snørrebånd. 
Andre fortøjringsreb til tankskibe. 
Nogle gør ikke andet end at rengøre industrimaskiner i nichefabrikker, du aldrig har hørt om.

Og jeg elsker det!! 🥰 

Hver gang jeg opdager sådan en forretning, tænker jeg: “𝘏𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘯 𝘪 𝘢𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘬𝘰𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘢̊ 𝘥𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳?”

Det får mit hoved til at eksplodere, fordi det minder mig om, hvor mange muligheder der faktisk findes.

Alt skal ikke handle om AI, e-commerce eller endnu et konsulenthus med slides og buzzwords. 

Der er et helt univers af “kedelige” forretninger (ping Bo Møller), der kører stille under radaren... og tjener kassen.

Det er en god påmindelse: 
Man skal ikke nødvendigvis være i en sexy branche. Man skal "bare" finde noget, andre overser – og løse det bedre end nogen andre.

Ja, affiliate. Personen du normalt kun forbinder med “provision”.

Læs videre, hvis du tør erkende, at din næste CMO måske lige nu sidder derhjemme i joggingbukser og optimerer et niche-site om alt fra hundetrimning til kreditkort. 😂

Virksomheder undervurderer fuldstændig, hvor bredt et skillset en dygtig affiliate har!

Det er ikke “en person der skriver blogindlæg og smider nogle links ind”. 
Det er en person der overlever på ét eneste parameter: 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁.

Og for at kunne det skal de mestre ting, som mange marketingafdelinger stadig bruger 6 mennesker og 9 møder på.

Her er sandheden:

𝗘𝗻 𝗱𝘆𝗴𝘁𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗶:

• Søgeordsanalyse (ellers dør trafikken)
• SEO (ellers bliver de ikke fundet)
• CRO... konverteringsoptimering (ellers tjener de ingen penge)
• Betalt trafik og analysering af afkast
• Dataforståelse og modellering af performance
• Trendspotting
• Kommerciel forståelse
• Tekstforfatning
• Creatives, test, hooks, thumbnails
• Basal kodning, opsætning, teknisk vedligehold
• Forhandling med brands og netværk

Kort sagt: de kan alle de discipliner virksomheder i dag kæmper med at samle i én person.

Du leder efter en CMO.

Men du opdager det ikke, fordi du tror, en CMO skal komme fra bureauverdenen eller corporate.

En affiliate tænker i penge, ikke prestige. I resultater, ikke møder. I data, ikke slides.

De har lært marketing på den hårde måde... ved at bruge deres egne penge. Ikke dit budget. Der er forskellen.

Det eneste de måske mangler er: 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱. 

Nogle har det. Andre har ikke. 

Men det er ærligt talt langt nemmere at lære ledelse end at lære hardcore performance marketing fra bunden.

Så hvorfor ansætter virksomheder dem ikke?

Fordi lønnen skræmmer. 

En top-affiliate tjener ofte mere end en CMO. Og mange gider ikke corporate livet, bureau-politikken eller “fredagsmøder med kage”.

Men støder du på en dygtig affiliate der er træt af "kælderen"... så er det som at finde en pengemaskine der gerne vil have et visitkort igen.

De findes. De er sjældne. Og de er guld værd.

Hvis du vil have en person der kan forstå forretningen, drive vækst, split-teste, analysere, optimere, eksekvere, producere, forhandle og skabe profit...

... så ansæt ikke en generalist. Ansæt en person der har gjort det i virkeligheden.
