As a consultant, I help clients solve people problems and improve performance. My passion and specialty is change management. Using The Predictive Index and a team development model, I help leaders understand who's their team, and which members will embrace change first, and which ones will embrace change last, and exactly why. We de-escalate conflict by sharing this knowledge with teams so they build relationships in the workplace, focus on the mission, and then produce results. 

Change can mean growth which brings the challenge of hiring. I can also help HR staff implement a better more successful hiring process. Every major sports team uses data to hire the right player on their team. I do the same, only it's for businesses, not sport teams.
