I'm a high-energy finance executive with more than 15 years in Fortune 500 companies. Currently, I'm a Group Vice President at PVH (one of the company's top 400 positions out of 28,000 employees), and serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the South West European region. I'm responsible for leading financial strategy and operational excellence throughout the entire 2,000+ organization.

I have been fortunate enough to work in the fashion, technology, and industrial sectors in the past two decades, leading big teams (30+) in high-stakes environments around the world (10+ countries). 

I've had the pleasure of working in the most iconic companies in the world: Google, Microsoft, GE, and now PVH.

From 2021, I relocated from the US to Kuala Lumpur and led the global team remotely during the pandemic.
-Introduced 1st successful implementation of integrated (Business and IT) SOx audits by providing structure, defining cross-functional approaches and engaging resources to expedite the resolution of issues. 
-Developed LEAN proficiency among GE SOx Finance leaders and team members to increase % of TOD complete by June 30th in the GRC tool by 54%, reducing a compliance risk as Deficiencies may be identified & communicated earlier in the cycle. Earned CAO Excellence Award as a result.
-Conducted benchmarking of ESG and sustainability disclosures relative to our peers, other corporate ESG and sustainability leaders, and industry trends.
-Led the selection and implementation of a formalized ESG reporting data management platform to support ESG data collection, storage, approval and reporting.

Senior Financial Controller

-Led the redesign of the company-wide Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) process using a risk-based approach, reducing costs, eliminated reporting control weaknesses and increased the external auditor’s reliance on management’s work.
-Led the offshoring simplification project, GE’s most far-reaching transformation over the last decade. This resulted in the retiring of 11 non-standard business processes and the establishing of a controls centre of expertise, comprising of 9 senior auditors delivering 90% efficiencies.
-Resolved ongoing regulatory compliance issues and implemented a comprehensive financial risk management system to preemptively identify and mitigate potential risks.

-Based on my financial acumen and deep knowledge of GE’s $149B operational practices, I was tapped to launch GE's first audit analytics department. Recruited, trained & developed the first professional
audit analytics staff. Advised on audit findings and identified error in audit adjustment calculation algorithm.
-Developed financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, resulting in a successful acquisition of Alstom, a 30% increase in market share and driving revenue growth. Developed and maintained financial models and projections, enabling accurate forecasting and supporting strategic decision-making that resulted in a 5% improvement in ROI.
-Led the transition from a plethora of manual reports to a standard suite of self‐service Spotfire dashboards, saving +800hrs/pa efficiencies and accessed by global Finance leaders >3,000 times each cycle.

Audit Analytics Manager

-Finance leader with GE Energy's large Pressure product-line supply chain finance and central engineering functions responsible for annual revenue recognition of $200MM & EBITDA of $52MM.
-Reported to the P&L CEO, with full autonomy and accountability for the Finance Department, to identify strategies and execute on opportunities to double operating profit within 3 years with a focus on yield improvement, new product introductions and innovative ways to more effectively reach and serve customers. 
-Developed the financial plan for a $16MM annual labor expense across 600 operational associates, working with the Operations Division to achieve labor savings for 8%.

Supply Chain Controller

-Deputy Asia CFO with GE Energy P&L responsibility for revenues of $250MM+, collaborating directly with CFO on business strategy, performance management, cash management & sales analysis. Managed a team of 5 Financial Analysts overseeing budgeting, forecasting, internal controls & delivering the monthly financial reports and outcomes across 8 locations with 20+ local entities to ensure compliance with internal & external financial reporting requirements. Managed the accuracy & productivity of day-to-day accounting activities including oversight of all accounts, ledgers & reporting systems, fixed asset records, payroll & tax reporting, administration of employee benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing/invoicing & tracking of contractual agreements.
-Partnered with the Asia leadership team to conduct long-range planning and strategic review of the region’s markets, channels and product mix resulting to a 15% growth trend by refocusing region on more profitable products and channels.
-Increased operating income for Asia by $18.9MM by strategically managing integration of Sensing & Inspection Technologies; spearheaded successful financial systems integration.

Asia Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

-Lead GE's Asia Intercompany Billing System (IBS) program, implementing data integration projects & monitoring & improving Asia's IBS systems, focused on innovating a global general ledger interface solution (GLI), standardizing upstream accounting processes within the businesses, resulting in a 20% reduction in reporting time and improving the accuracy and timeliness of intercompany financial information for external stakeholders.
-Managed a team of 46 GENPACT contractors in India.
-Partnered closely with Project Managers, Business Managers and site leaders to achieve all 4 for 4 expectations and maximized trapped cash release.

Senior System Analyst Project Lead

GE Aviation

-Completed Six Sigma Green Belt project which reduced the new product development cycle by 3 months.
-Developed and executed a cost-saving initiative, resulting in a 10% reduction in overhead expenses  and increased profitability.
-Ensured data accuracy by providing monthly reports on inventory metrics, reducing gross inventory by $20MM.

Financial Management Program (FMP)

I have over nineteen years of experience in international finance, accounting operations, and financial modelling, working with GE in the US, Europe, and APAC region. Over the last few years, I’ve been helping to lead GE’s operational controllership global transformation to “Finance of the Future”. Through a combination of harnessing advanced predictive analytics, developing the digital capability of my team and adopting Scrum agile working, I have been able to demonstrate Finance’s transition to becoming a true business partner, finally!

My proudest achievements recently have been:
