How would you scale a brand while having a simple account structure in Q4? 

This question wasn’t wrong but putting in a simple way can be difficult sometimes.

Hence!

The one account I just restructured just about 7 days ago, I’ll share below 👇 

But

To put things into perspective if your business don’t have customers or much signals in your accounts you’re still gonna struggle until you find what works. 

A Real example which is live in 1 account. I was getting a cost per lead about $30 and client was focused on volume before the actual conference…

I assured the quality perhaps the goal was to generate interest to offer special pricing to those who signed up like 3 months before… 

What I did…

Removed 2 critical questions and total leads are around 2500 with CPL being less than 2… 

Note: Conference ticket starts from $99 a virtual and up to $1997 and front rows like $3499.

So I did highlighted the perks and people started registering…

Why I’m giving this example? Just to make basis for the structure. 

An other perspective! 

For a fashion and apparel client, I’ve generated about 1495357+ customers in last 3.5 years with an AOV of $50.75 and LTV of over $200 with CPA’s under $5 in most cases.

AND 

Now whatever I launch, whatever structure, the ads just performs real good apart from some exceptions 


What’s the point 😳 

Well, even if you use the best and simple structure it’s not gonna work unless customers are getting a perceived value out of your product and serve.

Here’s how it looks

Audience: Full Broad with advantage+
Budget: 
Adset budget with least $100 a day. 
Offers:
Each new offer/Concept will be launched as an adset 
Enhancements: No, In some cases Sitelinks 
Catalog: We can’t use it because we get out of stock for many products on hourly and daily basis. 

→ TOF_PROSPECTING_LLA 

Audience: 5% of all customers, Customwrs with frequency > 1, Pixel Based, Website Based, API Based, Customer List, Catalog Based  AND winning Interest Stack.

The Rest: Everything as is in 1 campaign, same offer/concept per adset 


→ MOF_Remarketig 

Audience: All customers lists based on the criteria of whatever mentioned in the second campaign, Allsite visitors, Allsocialengagement.

Just same concept: 1 adset having all these audiences and 1 concept launch per adset. 

That’s it…

Simple right… but be cautious it can fire back..

Most people tell you to work with high ticket clients… 

That’s good but for whom? 

Most of my learnings happened while working with low infact very low-ticket clients. 

They push you harder 
They ask for more while paying the same 
They make your life miserable 
They make you face unbearable stress 
They make life hell worse & blame you 


In the present moment 

We take this very serious & personal and most of the time we get into stressful situations 

But 

When having to go through these for like more than 7-8 years or more 

This compound effect shifts something in you..

Those hardcore experiences made you someone people want to work with….

Remember: 

If you’ve people in your life who’re hard, annoying, lame, frustrating, don’t want you in their presence, makes the life difficult for you….

You should be grateful… it’s a sign you’re being prepared for something big..

On average, I’m dealing with 5 - 6 calls a day which lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours. 

I’m doing the same type of thing for each one like setting them up for best results, their business setup, tracking, strategy, content optimisation and direction etc. 

I still find people 

Hard to work with 
Happy to work with 
Annyoing to work with etc 


But at the end of the day when they don’t get results or even get results they are grateful of me being here for them. 


Eventually, with time, right strategy, right resources and abundance mindset, offers the results starts to pour in…


All this is because I have worked with PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT EASY TO WORK WITH IN ANY CONDITION AND PAY WAS HORRIBLE TOO. 


Now I lead department, team and provide directions. If it wasn’t for those clients I wouldn’t be able to reach this far…

IT’S PART OF THE PROCESS..

If you’re facing such people and clients right now. Just think like they are their to increase the THRESHOLD of how much you can bear… UNTIL with time your mind shifts… SCRIPT gets FLIPPED.

Once again, if this wasn’t for those clients it wouldn’t have happened. 

So stick to your work, Your time will come with time.

BFCM tactics can fire back!

Normally, We get customers who’re after less pricing and it can be bad and it can be good. 

Live example!

I’m seeing one of my account going down to just 3.21X in last 10 days which normally stays around 8 to 10X direct and around 5-6 Blended. 

The account keeps going down until now… 

When reviewed! 

I found out some core issues.

→ Products being advertised already out of stock
→ Products pricing raise about 2X and in some cases 6X after discounts than what is in the creatives and copies
→ Client is working on getting BFCM creatives which should have be pre-planned and uploaded since September. 


Even in normal days I get 9 to 12X with weekly $40k to $70K profit. 


This is pretty bad situation right? 

Well, Kinda of but my assessment is also…

People stopped buying and waiting on the best deals to go live on this store. 

So as I’ve faced this like for years and trends report stares my face.

Instead of panicking. 

I choose to slowly taken down the lowest performers and slow decrease in spending ie. Pulling back around 35% with intervals.


What this means…

When I push the correct offer, I’ll have more spend bandwidth to go with… 

Right now situation is looking bad temporarily but if you understand the dynamics, market behavior and what signals your data is giving, you’ve the edge.


Don’t panic - Optimize Strategically.


PS; Treat offering highest discounts as experienced driven long term growth incrementality. Lastly, You don’t have to offer discounts either just be creative. 

As long as I’m above break-even I’ll keep it going… I know I’ll make them worth more a little later
