Stepped into award-winning financial consultancy specialising in pensions, investment and insurance, and progressed to team lead and directed four developers, two business analysts and a product owner. Worked on multiple projects, and took on additional responsibilities as Scrum Master, Solutions Architect and Build Administrator. 

Instrumental in driving LCP’s migration to Microsoft Azure cloud, including the transfer of the pensions admin system and valuation engine to Service Fabric and later to a serverless web application. 

Accelerated the redevelopment of the existing company pensions admin system using Agile, a first for LCP. 

Delivered creative proof of concepts, such as automated document processing using Azure Form Recognizer.
