Here's a bit about me:

I’m a brand advisor for 6-7 figure creators and influencers.
I’m the guy they come to when they want to go from starving artist to highly-paid (and highly-praised) internet phenomenon.

I help them systemize their workflow, marketing, and content so they can work for 2 hours a day, charge more, and sell their products & services on autopilot.

I’m good at what I do because I test things on myself so I know what works and what doesn’t.

Because of this, I’ve grown my own personal brand to 150,000+ followers across different platforms, work for 2-4 hours a day on average, and have systems in place that keep the creative income flowing.

(Scratch that, I'm updating this bio 1.5 years later and have grown to 2.6 million followers with the strategies I have been writing about for that time).

It feels like I’m boasting... but I guess that’s a hit I’m willing to take to ease your worries of trusting some random dude with your time and attention.

I had the privilege of working as a private practitioner at The Indigo Project. In my time there, I collaborated on mental health workshops, facilitated in-person and virtual workshops with UNSW & KPMG on the topic of Asian Culture and how it hinders our communication with parents and in the workplace & ways to improve it.

- Provides one on one counselling to young people age 12-25 with different presentations of mental health concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Self-harming and Substance Abuse Disorder. 

-I was hired to manage the waitlist of young people waiting for counselling support where I have managed 30-50 clients during my time in this role. 

- Cofacilitated a 10-week CBT group therapy to young people with a supervising clinical psychologist. The program provides psychoeducation on negative emotions such as depression, anxiety or anger and introduces thought challenging to the young people. 

- Utilises multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor the needs of clients which may involve, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dilaetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) with the foundation being Person Centred Counselling. 

- Receive ongoing weekly and monthly internal and external supervision from supervisors

Mental Health Counsellor

Phoenix House Youth Services

- Completed 300 (face to face) client hours at PHYS for my field placement as a requirement of Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling. My role was to provide individual counselling and mental health support to young people aged 14-23 who are disengaged from school and may be experiencing complex issues at home such as domestic violence, mental health issues or substance abuse.
- Received ongoing weekly supervision from the onsite supervising Psychologist as well as fortnightly supervision from University Supervisor. 
- Shadowed counselling sessions with the onsite supervising Psychologist at Phoenix House.
- Recorded and documented client case notes after each client session on the Healthkit system.
- Responsible for interviewing educational cohorts at Phoenix House to identify whether further mental health support is needed for the young people.
- Attended weekly client case meetings with Social Workers, Educators and the CEO. 
- Worked closely with Social Workers in client case formulations and providing support to young people at Phoenix House.
