Here's a bit about me:

I’m a brand advisor for 6-7 figure creators and influencers.
I’m the guy they come to when they want to go from starving artist to highly-paid (and highly-praised) internet phenomenon.

I help them systemize their workflow, marketing, and content so they can work for 2 hours a day, charge more, and sell their products & services on autopilot.

I’m good at what I do because I test things on myself so I know what works and what doesn’t.

Because of this, I’ve grown my own personal brand to 150,000+ followers across different platforms, work for 2-4 hours a day on average, and have systems in place that keep the creative income flowing.

(Scratch that, I'm updating this bio 1.5 years later and have grown to 2.6 million followers with the strategies I have been writing about for that time).

It feels like I’m boasting... but I guess that’s a hit I’m willing to take to ease your worries of trusting some random dude with your time and attention.

Let's break the ice 🧊⛏️ here's a little about me...

I was born and raised in the upper midwest 🇺🇸. This instilled in me hard work, resiliency, respect and treating people kindly. I grew up playing sports: football, baseball, basketball and weight lifting; and continued on to play collegiate football which taught me discipline, commitment and working together to achieve a common goal. Post-graduation, while searching for a competitive, athletic outlet, I stumbled across CrossFit and have enjoyed training, advancing new skills and pushing my limitations during a  workout for the last 8 years. I'm happily married, have two golden retrievers and try to get as much sun in the summer as possible. Recently, I've focused my efforts on logistics technology and marketing, and strive to bring a fresh perspective to the industry.

✅ Completed CrossFit L2 coaches certification course, acquired a local CrossFit gym (have since sold) and programmed more than 10,000 hours of professional workouts.
