Heather Monahan served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc., a large- and mid-size market radio broadcaster headquartered in Naples, Florida. As Beasley’s Chief Revenue Officer, Ms. Monahan oversees all sales of the Company’s core radio, digital, and non-traditional revenue opportunities.
 
Founded in 1961, Beasley is one of the Nation’s leading radio broadcasters and one of the oldest pure-play radio companies in the United States. Today the company owns and operates 53 stations (33 FM and 20 AM) located in twelve large and mid-size markets in the United States.  Approximately 7.7 million consumers listen to Beasley radio stations weekly over-the-air, online and on smartphones and tablets and millions regularly engage with our brands and personalities through digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, text, apps and email.
 
Heather was named the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer in 2015.  She joined Beasley Broadcast Group in 2003 as the Director of Sales for Beasley’s Fort Myers-Naples cluster of radio stations.  In 2004, Heather was promoted to Vice President of Sales with responsibilities to create company-wide initiatives to improve revenue generation and manage the development of the sales and management team. In 2007, she was again promoted to Executive Vice President.

In addition to serving as a board member of City Year Miami, a service organization that provides mentorship opportunities for at-risk youth, Heather was selected by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) as a member of the steering committee for the 2012 NAB/RAB Radio Show.

Prior to joining Beasley, Ms. Monahan served as Market Manager for Wilks Broadcasting, LLC (a WCMP II portfolio company). A native of Worcester, Massachusetts Heather is a graduate of Clark University with a liberal arts degree in Psychology. She has lived in Miami since 2005.
