Saw this and my first thought was: this is what good governance looks like.

When people are stranded, the practical stress is one thing.

But the mental stress of “who will pay for this?” is often worse.

Covering the hotel cost does not just solve a bill.

Today I ran a tiny test.

I asked ChatGPT:

“Recommend the best product analytics tools for a mid-market B2B SaaS. Just name.”

It gave me a neat list:

Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, Heap, Pendo, FullStory, UXCam, Kissmetrics, GA4, LogRocket.

And in the screenshot, you can see something important:

those little source tags, plus the “Sources” button.

That is the clue.

This is not the model “guessing”.

It is pulling signals from what is already out there on the internet, and then it summarises in a clean list.

So the real question is not “why these tools are best”.

The real question is:
why these brands were easy for the model to pick.

Because if you are a SaaS in the same space and you did not show up, it is usually not about product.

It is about visibility.
