Office Coordinator (Malmö) – Handle daily office operations, administration, and support to keep the Malmö office running effectively.

Internal Communication – Share company updates and manage internal communication to keep teams connected and informed.

You’re the minority, and that’s amazing.

For everyone else:

Don’t be ashamed.
Don’t compare.

Remember:
You didn’t downgrade your worth, you upgraded your resilience.
You took the first step that most people are too scared to take.

What I realised after joining Weir Minerals :

It’s not about the “right” department.
It’s not even about years of experience.

You might think:

“But shouldn’t I network only with seniors?”
“Isn’t relationship-building about climbing the ladder?”

Nope.

In this non-linear career era, you never know who will be the next person to help you, guide you, or open a door.

Every time I tried to think traditionally “connect upward, connect selectively” work proved me wrong.

I’ve single-handedly delivered multiple million-dollar IT projects on time without compromising quality.
But the moment I switched from SDLC to the mining process, even simple tasks started making me feel like a complete beginner.

This explains why our confidence can drop overnight, even when our skills haven’t gone anywhere.
But because our environment changes faster than our identity, something unexpected happens:

We start doubting ourselves for tasks that have nothing to do with our actual capability.

You can excel at complex systems and still freeze at unfamiliar ones, not because you’re inexperienced, but because the game is different.

So, how do we rebuild confidence when we suddenly become beginners in a new industry or new country?

By separating our skills from our environment.

Here are 4 steps to help you get started:

1. Learn one new word, tool, or concept from your new industry every day.
(eg: I always get confused between comminution and communication, two completely different things.)

2. Map something from your past experience to your new industry so you don’t feel lost.
(eg: I compare mining processes to SDLC so my brain has something familiar to hold on to.)

3. Keep a career journal and write one daily sentence about what you learned or felt.
(eg: Today I realised I tried to learn the whole pump system without knowing the basics.)

4. Ask one clarifying question a day instead of overthinking things alone.
(eg: ‘Can you show me an example?’ instead of stressing for hours.)

Take the next 30 days to practice this identity shift, and you’ll rebuild the confidence you thought you lost,  this time, with even deeper self-awareness.

Second time in a row, truly grateful!

It’s been a year since I stepped into the corporate world, and it had been a journey to remember!

Receiving the Best Performer Award for the second time in a row is truly special.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the constant support of my parents, papa Nilesh, mamma Siddhali, and my amazing team.

When I first joined, everything felt new, the environment, the processes, even the pace. As a fresher, I was eager to learn, grow, and contribute, and I’m glad that the hunger to improve is still very much alive. Giving my best has always been my priority.

There were moments when things didn’t go as expected, but staying up late, connecting with stakeholders, understanding the business, and working through challenges taught me more than I could have imagined.

From late-night work sessions to celebrating milestones together, we’ve done it all, and done it well. 💪

Goa – A tourist spot to many, but home to me🏝❤️

The place where I was born, brought up, and have lived for the past 23 years. 

The connection I share with this land is so deep and fulfilling. Every time I step out of Goa and then return, the comfort I feel is unmatched, the aroma of Goan cuisine wafting through my home, the warmth of the people… 
Ahh, everything here is true mog (love) and feels so homely.

The temples, the churches, the hills, the beaches, every corner of Goa holds a story, a sense of belonging. 

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I just head to the clean beaches or mountains, breathe in the fresh air, and let the calmness wash over me. When life feels like it’s falling apart, I visit a temple the positivity, the divine energy it instantly lifts my spirits and clears my mind.

And on the days I don’t feel like stepping out, I simply peek out of my window. The view itself feels relaxing and fulfilling. Experience Goa once, and you’ll never want to return to chaos.

The only funny part? Despite visiting every corner countless times, I hardly have any pictures from those places! (Haha.) But that’s alright, I can visit them whenever I want.

Want to thrive without burning out?

Here’s how I’ve learned to work better, not just harder.

We live in a time where hustle culture is glorified, late nights, constant grind, and wearing burnout like a badge of honor. 

But here’s the truth: that’s not sustainable.

Over time, I realized that giving your best doesn’t mean giving your everything. 

You can still contribute meaningfully, stay productive, and have time for what truly matters - yourself and your people.

Here’s the approach that’s helped me stay on top of things without burning out 
🔁 I manage up with myself first.

Here’s my flow:
 Idea →  Plan →  Process →  Implementation →  Execution →  Results →  Analysis

The outcomes? Sometimes great, sometimes not. 

But I iterate every single time, because that’s where growth really happens.

And here’s what I never skip: life outside work.

I make time to:
• Travel and explore new places
• Spend quality time with family
• Try new things - just for the joy of it

Because fulfillment doesn’t just come from work, it comes from experiences, people, and moments that recharge you.

So yes, you’ll see me working hard on projects and causes I care deeply about.

But behind that is a simple truth:
I do it because it makes me happy not because hustle culture demands it.

Your best work happens when you feel your best.
Don’t just chase productivity.
Chase balance.
Chase joy.

My parents have been my biggest supporters in everything I do, and my siblings my greatest cheerleaders. 

Often, we don’t really appreciate the people who truly shape us, but I want to take a moment to do exactly that. 

Till date, I’ve been able to do so many things TV features, New York billboard feature, news, newspapers, magazines, and multiple other activities. If I was able to do all of this, the credit goes to my parents.

The confidence you see in me
they built it. 

My independent nature
they inculcated it. 

The values I live by
they taught me those. 

Through my thick and thin, they have always backed me. 

I’ve learned so much simply by observing them since childhood. 
They are my pillars.

I still remember when I got job offers, almost all being work-from-office. It was they who wanted me to choose a remote setup so that they could take care of me. Even today, when I go out for any event, it’s them making sure everything is in place. And it’s not that they are strict, it’s their care.

And that’s the very thing that never lets me lose track at any cost. Because when I do something that makes them feel proud, it truly energizes me.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to interact with some of the most inspiring leaders in our society.

Being the youngest in the room felt overwhelming.

There were times I felt out of place.
The thoughts the process and everything in between so different.

But over time, I realized something powerful: being young isn’t a weakness it’s an advantage.

I might have ended up in Software Engineering...
If I hadn’t discovered my true interest in time. 

Even though it’s probably clear now how deeply I love Data Science, the real journey began around 7 years ago, in 11th grade when I started learning programming with C and later C++.

By 12th grade, we were introduced to Data Structures, and I absolutely loved it. When I entered Engineering we revisited those foundational topics, but this time, with more depth and complexity. And somewhere along that path, I truly discovered my passion for Data Science.

Yes, I enjoyed working on full-stack development projects, I even spent hours developing using Django, but I gradually understood that building models, analyzing data, and extracting meaningful insights fascinated me much more. That’s when I consciously began shaping my academic path around it.

Subjects like Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Data Mining & Analytics weren’t just part of my syllabus they were the ones I looked forward to the most. 

Since the beginning, Math has always been one of my strengths, and in Data Science, that turned out to be a real asset.

During Engineering, I deliberately opted for subjects and projects that built a solid foundation in Data Science. I didn’t just want to follow the trend I wanted to understand the core of it all. 

And that’s the message I want to pass on, especially to students and freshers:
"Don’t chase job titles or trending fields without first understanding what they truly involve and more importantly, whether they align with your genuine interest."

Discover what excites you. Pursue it deeply. That’s where real growth begins.

Building discipline early on is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

My parents always reminded me of this, and looking back, it truly shaped some of the best decisions I’ve made.

A healthy lifestyle, balanced meals, and staying away from junk food have become my norms, not rules, just habits that feel natural now.

They also taught me the value of starting early, especially in finance. Investing young, letting compounding work, and planning ahead has made me realize how powerful time really is. And honestly, the people you surround yourself with matter just as much. Your environment shapes your energy, your mindset, and ultimately your direction.
Even on weekends, I try to stay off my phone unless something genuinely important comes up. It helps me stay present with the people who add value to my life.

And most importantly define a goal, set your vision and draw your timeline, never stop learning and growing, to be able to catchup with the ecosystem.

Never settle for mediocrity, don't let any limitations hold you back. Ignore the noise, take constructive feedback and work towards your vision.

The whole point is simple: don’t wait for “the right time” or for things to be perfect before you start.

And that’s indeed true.

As your brand grows, people will start to look up to you as their "role model", follow you, and trust you. But diverging from the values that made you successful can create confusion and undermine the image you've worked hard to establish.
Set clear boundaries and stay committed to the principles that define your brand.

Remember, you've already built something unique that resonates with people, so don’t try to imitate others and risk losing what sets you apart.

Last weekend was truly one of the most productive ones I've had in a while.

One of the highlights was being invited to the Unique Achievers podcast something that had been in the pipeline for quite some time and finally made its way to you all.

Despite a packed day that kept me occupied until the evening, I made it there, and I’m glad I did. The conversation focused on youngsters and their mindset, and we touched on several meaningful topics that truly resonate with our generation.

Weekends like these remind me how important it is to stay engaged with things I’m passionate about while still spending quality time with my family. Grateful for the opportunities and what’s ahead!

I’ve always believed in giving 100% to everything I do. 

That mindset has helped me build some of my strongest skills, the ability to adapt, the curiosity to keep learning, and most importantly, the courage to never settle for mediocre.

But honestly, when things start to fall apart, keeping that same drive and enthusiasm isn’t easy. 

We’ve all been there, when motivation fades, and even small tasks start to feel heavy. 

That’s when self-motivation becomes the only thing that really works.

At the end of the day, it’s your journey. Own it. 
Be kind to yourself, but also be honest about what you really want. Keep showing up, not for anyone else, but for you.
