Spent a truly memorable day at my alma mater, Goa Engineering College - Government of Goa, as a Guest, Speaker and Judge, and what a full-circle moment it has been❤️

Having graduated in July 2024, returning to campus in this role felt incredibly special. Last year, I had the honour of being invited for the FE Orientation, but this time was even more meaningful. 

On 20th February 2026, the college hosted Converge 3.0, Shiksha Udyog Sangam, an Academia–Industry Summit centered around the theme “Innovate, Integrate, Impact: Building Goa's Future-Ready Changemakers.” 

It was truly a privilege to be part of such a forward-looking initiative by the Directorate of Higher Education and Goa State Higher Education Council.

The event commenced with the inauguration and installation of the new council bodies, the Institution Innovation Council and the AI Innovators Club. Having once been actively involved in several student councils myself, witnessing this new chapter unfold felt deeply personal and nostalgic.

I had the opportunity to conduct a technical session on AI and Data Science alongside fellow speakers, Janci Sheeba S.  and Yadnesh Sanzgiry,
and to serve as a judge for the ideathon themed “Neural Nexus”, which explored the implications of Artificial Intelligence. 

The ideas, energy, and enthusiasm displayed by the students were nothing short of inspiring. I am still soaking in the moment.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Niyan Marchon for conceptualizing and leading Converge 3.0 with such vision and dedication. Initiatives like these are truly elevating the students of Goa to the next level and strengthening the bridge between academia and industry.

A heartfelt thank you as well to my respected professor, Mr. Amit Patil, Chetan Desai, Amogh Sanzgiry for inviting me to be part of this prestigious event. Also I would like to thank our Principal Dr. Krupashankara M. S., HOD of Computer Engineering Department Dr. J. A. Laxminarayana, Dr. Purnanand Savoikar and Professor Ganesh Hegde your constant encouragement and belief mean a great deal to me.

Recently, I had the opportunity to deliver session at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna (PCCE) 

3 hours, 2 batches, 2 sessions and absolutely packed with energy. 

What an experience it was. Truly loved every bit of it.

The energy I pour into every session is real, and when I walk out with that deep sense of satisfaction, it makes everything worth it. That feeling that you didn’t just speak, but connected, that’s unmatched.

Moments like these remind me why I started this journey in the first place. My initiative to create lasting impact continues, stronger than ever.

Looking forward to meeting more young minds, the future of our nation and the world.

The last 4 months have been crazy!
• Dec 2025: Invited by IIT Bombay 
• Jan 2026: Visited Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna (PCCE) 
• Feb 2026: Visited my own college, Goa Engineering College - Government of Goa, as a speaker, a judge, and had the privilege of inaugurating the GEC AI Innovators Club

Every time I visit a college or an institution, it’s never just a quick talk. It’s 2 hours…sometimes an entire day of deep, immersive sessions.

Because I strongly believe this,
real impact is not created in surface-level conversations.

It comes from depth. From making ideas truly connect. 

From ensuring that what people learn stays with them long after the session ends.

And that’s exactly what I’ve been striving for: impact not just across, but impact in depth.

The recognition that follows? That’s never the goal.
It’s simply a byproduct of consistent effort and genuine intent.

You show up. You give your best. You stay consistent.
And eventually, the results find their way to you.

Balancing all of this alongside work hasn’t been easy.

There are weekends that go entirely into planning, building, and figuring out 
“what’s next.”

A lot of that work goes unseen.
But effort has a way of speaking for itself, sooner or later.

Being a judge and on the other side of the table always feels surreal. 
And when it’s in your own college, it becomes even more special, because just a few years ago, I was sitting on the other side, nervous, hopeful, and full of dreams.

I've had the privilege of judging in other college but being back in your own college hits different.

I graduated in 2024, but my bond with my college has only grown stronger with time. The corridors still feel familiar, the classrooms still hold memories, and the campus still feels like home. This place has given me so much more than just a degree, it shaped my confidence, my vision, and the person I am today.

But this time was different. Standing there not just as a speaker, but also as a judge, watching students present with the same spark I once had, it was deeply emotional.

It felt like a full-circle moment. Life has a beautiful way of reminding you how far you’ve come, especially when you’re standing exactly where your journey once began.

Grateful for the growth. 
Grateful for the memories. 
And forever grateful to my college for always welcoming me back
not just as an alumnus, but as family.

Life truly comes full circle ❤️

Goa Engineering College - Government of Goa, holds some of the most formative years of my life. Walking through those familiar corridors again, meeting my respected faculties, and reliving old memories filled my heart in ways words can barely capture.

Though I couldn’t meet everyone this time, and I do feel that small pinch of guilt, just being back on campus was deeply special.

Once, my days here were spent from 9 to 5 as a student, navigating lectures, assignments, self-doubt, and big dreams. This time, I spent a day there standing in front of a fully packed auditorium, addressing curious minds. That shift felt surreal, humbling, and incredibly grounding.

I’m deeply grateful to my parents and faculties for their constant support, belief, and guidance, not just within classrooms, but far beyond them. Your encouragement, faith, and mentorship have shaped who I am today, in ways that go far beyond academics.

“How do you pull off sessions and events despite being the youngest?”

And every time, my answer remains the same. It comes down to a few simple principles:

1. Clarity > Complexity
I focus on being clear rather than trying to share everything I know.
Instead of throwing 10 ideas at once, I may talk about only 4–5 points, but I make sure those points are explained properly, covering the core concepts in the simplest way possible.

2. Know Your Work End-to-End
I always make sure I understand what I’m talking about from scratch to final delivery.
When you know the full flow, confidence naturally follows.

3. Purpose 
The goal is never to sound impressive.
The goal is to create value for the audience.

4. Simplicity Wins
If people can easily understand what you’re saying, they remember it.
Simple explanations create stronger impact than complex jargon.

5. Consistency Builds Confidence
The more you show up, speak, share, and learn, the more natural it becomes.

Interestingly, these principles haven’t just helped in speaker sessions, but also in my work, where I happen to be the youngest in the team.

Clarity, purpose, and simplicity go a long way.

Life is too short.
The last few days have been a quiet reminder, not loud, not dramatic,
just deeply real. 
A reminder that nothing is promised. Not time. Not tomorrow. 
Not even the chance to say "I wish I had."

We spend so much of our lives holding back.
Holding tears because we don't want to look weak.
Holding words because we're scared of being misunderstood.

Holding emotions because "this isn't the right time." But what if this is the time?

Cry when it hurts, tears are not a sign of breaking, they're proof that you felt deeply.
Laugh loudly, even if the world doesn't understand your joy.
Say the things you keep rehearsing in your head.

Tell people they matter. Tell yourself you matter too.

Life is too short to carry unsaid feelings and unexpressed emotions.
Too short to love halfway.
Too short to stay silent when your heart is screaming.

So express.
Let it out.
Don't hold anything back.
Because at the end of it all, what stays with us isn't how perfectly we lived,

I started contributing to projects right after joining the company.

College teaches you how to score.
Corporate teaches you how to solve.

Back in college, the cycle was simple:
Study → Ideate → Implement → Score well.

If the logic worked, you were good to go.
But the corporate world is different.

It doesn’t just ask, “Does your code run?”
It asks,
• Does it scale?
• Is it reliable?
• Does it solve the actual business problem?
• Can stakeholders trust it?

Real-world problems aren’t clean datasets with defined columns.
They come with ambiguity, constraints, legacy systems, and evolving requirements.

You don’t just implement solutions.
You learn, adapt, optimize, and then implement.

The real world demands:
✔️ Strong domain knowledge
✔️ Business understanding
✔️ Technical depth
✔️ Scalable and reliable solutions
✔️ Clear communication with cross-functional teams

It’s no longer about writing code.
It’s about building impact.

Independence isn’t taught through rules. It’s built through trust.

Growing up, my mom never asked me to cook.
My dad never told me to stay at home or limit myself.

Nothing was forced. Nothing was made a compulsion.

Yet somehow, they made sure I learned everything that truly matters, how to cook, how to drive, how to handle responsibilities, and most importantly, how to think and decide for myself.

They didn’t raise me with restrictions. They raised me with guidance.

Because of that, I grew into someone who can make decisions confidently, take initiative, and live life on my own terms.

Looking back now, I realize something powerful,
my ability to stand on my own comes from the pillars who stood behind me all along, my parents.

It has been six months since my journey was featured in the book 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐦: 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.

What began as small, consistent steps learning and growing one day at a time ultimately led to a three-page feature capturing my story. 

Seeing my journey documented so thoughtfully has been both humbling and deeply fulfilling.

From my roots in Goa to being showcased on a Times Square billboard in New York City, and being recognized as a Top Icon of India, the experience has been truly extraordinary. The purpose and determination that drive my work have been meaningfully reflected in this book.

Happy Birthday Papa ❤️

"First born daughter is the female version of her dad."
And I can truly relate to this so closely. Being the eldest, being papa’s girl, I resemble my papa in so many ways.

Many times, children don’t share much with their papa… but for me, my papa has always been my biggest supporter and my constant source of motivation.

Many people say, Maheshwari, you’re strong, you’re confident, you’re determined.
And honestly, it’s all because of my papa’s teachings.

From gardening to driving, cracking jokes, sharing my day with him, whether it’s something small or something big, every little conversation with papa teaches me something meaningful.

He has always taught me through practical examples. He has pushed me to become the person I am today. He has given me the most valuable life lessons.

One thing he always says is,
Nothing is big or small. No problem is too big. Just do your best,
I’m always with you ❤️🧿
