ARKS is building a premium sneaker brand in India.

Recently ordered two pairs — one for me and one for a friend.

Here’s my honest experience:

The first thing that stood out was the packaging.

At a ₹7,000 price point,the, unboxing felt premium something I honestly haven’t experienced even with some established brands like Puma or Adidas.

The design and comfort? Solid.
You can feel the thought behind the product.

One more reason I tried Arks  Ranbir Kapoor.

He’s been one of my favourite actors, and as the face & co-founder, he definitely builds trust.

I also love their Instagram presence — clean, aesthetic, and on-brand.

And Abhinav Verma did a great job building this.

We need more of your insights, your journey, and the story behind Arks.

Now here’s my marketer’s lens:

Right now, the brand visibility is heavily centered around Ranbir.

That’s a strong start.

But if Arks wants to reach the masses and become a household name, the next step.

Creator-led distribution.

Micro and mid influencers.

Brand need many voices talking about it.

The product is ready.
The experience is premium.

Now it’s time to scale the conversation.

Arks — this brand deserves to be everywhere.

But I've never worked at an electronics company in my life."

This is the Arindam Paul story most 
people scroll past.

And I'm tired of the founders saying,

"We want a LinkedIn like Arindam Paul."
So here's what 7 years of his LinkedIn actually looks like.

Because, data jhooth nahi bolta⬇️ 

🔹Posts 3–4 times every single week. No gaps. No excuses.
🔹 95% of his content is real business — no fluff, no filler
🔹 His contrarian marketing takes get 7.8x his average reach
🔹 He joined Atomberg Technologies pre-revenue, pre-funding — and documented every step

Ricsutra update: a lot has been done and I have to share it.

A lot has happened since November when Ricsutra got incorporated and I have to share it.

I was already doing personal branding. Had a big client. But deep down I knew this isn't a freelancing business anymore. I want to build something real.

So I incorporated. And then immediately started asking myself... okay, now what's the X factor?

The answer came from the most unexpected place.

One of my personal branding clients, a D2C haircare brand founder, asked if I could run an influencer campaign for him. I had never done one. I didn't know the vendors, the process, the pricing. Nothing.

I said yes.

I don't know if that was confidence or madness. Maybe both.

Within that same week, I got connected with a vendor. I genuinely believe that was God's doing. We pulled off a campaign with 18 creators. 

Then 100. And now we're working on something much bigger with the same brand, this time across both LinkedIn and Instagram.

We're also closing deals with another brand for influencer marketing. And somewhere along the way, I realized... what if we stop treating personal branding and influencer marketing as separate things? What if we integrate them?

I haven't seen anyone doing that. If someone copies it now, they'll know where it came from.

In between all of this:
→ Startup India certification done
→ Current account live
→ Logo done
→ Funding conversations underway
→ Managing existing clients
→ Figuring out incorporation from scratch, alone

Single-handedly. No co-founder. No team to hand things off to.

I'm sharing this today, on Women's Day, not because it's a flex. But because I want other women building something to know: it's messy, it's uncertain, and some days you're just winging it.

But you're still building. And that counts for everything.
