Leading the Subscriptions product strategy, activation and retention across web and mobile for all customer segments (B2C, B2B, B2B2C), aligned with the company strategy, by collaborating with multiple cross functional teams.

Senior Product Manager

- Launched the Beta version of On the Go Subscriptions (B2C) in our mobile apps, by leading a cross-functional team, setting up the product strategy and vision for subscriptions & monetization and the enabling platform. 
- Simplified the sales-led process for Charge Point Management Subscriptions (B2B, B2B2C) which improved data quality and reduced manual work by 70%.
- Improved the activation of subscriptions by redesigning the onboarding journey and improving the self-serve (B2C, B2B2C) and sales-led motion (B2B), by driving alignment with 2 teams and streamlining a friction-less journey across web, mobile and internal platforms.

Increased scope (2024) for leading the Home Charging App.

Product Manager Subscriptions & Home Charging App

- Increased scope by leading 2 product areas and teams (8-12 people in total) to successfully launch product initiatives while setting a product strategy and adopting better product metrics & OKR goals.
- Built a zero to one web tool and got leadership buy-in to grow the team from 3 to 5 people. Drove product adoption (100% YoY user growth) & feature usage with a high satisfaction rate from the internal users. Increased the speed of working by reducing the tools used to only 2 (from 5) and offering 15+ jobs to be done for identifying and resolving issues faster.
- Improved the Order management and unlocked growth in new channels by introducing new APIs
- Built 5+ API products (Partner & Internal), platform services and integrations and contributed to decreasing manual work by 70% and improving processing times and data quality.

Product Manager APIs and Internal Tools

- Launched a Digital Invoices feature by driving alignment with 3 product teams, which improved customer satisfaction and decreased customer support tickets related to invoices.
- Drove improvements and optimizations for the Billing and Settlement Platform by leading a team of 5 engineers, in order to increase performance, given the high volume of transactions.
- Led the development of a new product capability for enabling credit card payments when charging in person at certain destinations

Product Manager Financial Services / Billing & Settlement

- Launched 10+ products for Global Brands by coordinating the full product lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams up to 12 people across 3 continents & multiple timezones. 
- Product highlight: Built a Property search product by coordinating 3 teams of engineers (including external vendors). Improved lead acquisition by scaling company generated content & decreasing the release cycle time of SEO updates.
-  Key products built were recipients of the Acquia Partner Site (nominated, finalists, winners).

Other accomplishments:
- Proved leadership skills by working in complex environments & mentoring juniors. Drove adoption of better ways of working internally & with customers. Grew into a Senior role.
- Lead in person discovery sessions across the US, Europe and remotely (including Asia)
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategies, product roadmap planning and executing
- Managed third party relationships with other vendors

- Managed the development of software products (B2B & B2C) by leading cross functional teams of 4-8 people (engineers, QA, UX / product designers) using an agile product delivery methodology.
- Product highlight: Built an ed-tech product that offered for professionals and a communication medium for learners & teachers. Focused on the course experience for improving engagement and flexibility of course management. 
- Coordinated 20+ discovery workshops, performed interviews & usability tests in collaboration with the UX teams.
