Since then, I've given talks at large conferences on the topic of accessibility representing IBM, trained all types of roles on the subject, hosted Global Accessibility Awareness Day within our space and wrote multiple documents on how to get our teams thinking about accessibility first.

* Created multiple microsites and support pages from scratch on the Canon Canada homepage, utilizing modern UX design enhancements to ensure the best user interaction
* Currently developing a web based equipment loan application for Canon Worldwide. Implicated in all steps of the design, coding and deployment concepts
* Lead developer in the redesign of the high-traffic consumer support page which sees over 20,000 visitors per day

Content Managememt
* In charge of deploying and releasing all FAQs, drivers and other downloads on a set schedule for all consumer products. Implemented many scripting algorithms to automate these releases to remove the chance of human error
* Responsible for the mailing of surveys and feedback reports to any member of the public who contacts Canon Canada via phone or online (chat/email)
* Spoke to the importance of the French language pages and content, demonstrating to those in charge of the importance of bilingualism in Canada

Technical Business Analysis

* Performed gap analysis on multiple technical areas, bringing in new technologies to aid in cost reduction or improve customer satisfaction
* Pioneered the redesign and launch of the Customer Information Center intranet to Microsoft SharePoint. Became administrator for entire department of over 50 employees with varied roles and responsibilities
* Required to write technical documents such as employee training manuals as well as business proposals for said technologies
