A Perfect Nobody! 😊

I hail from a Gujarati community (Stay @ Ghatkopar, Mumbai) with a middle class family background. After my graduation I took up HR jobs. 18 years down the line with various companies and SMEs, a BA in Sociology followed by PG and a Doctorate in HR, I still feel there is a lot that I can contribute. And that the potential was always underutilized. I have worked with sectors such as Advertising, Media, BPO, HR Consulting, Education, Gaming, PR agency, Hospitality, etc. and provided assistance to a start up on HR program. 
I also am fond of writing ( mostly fiction though) and would now like to explore where any of my skills can be meaningfully exposed. 
Not sure if I can always vouch for any extra ordinary work, but I am doubly confident of my deliverable, dedication, sincerity, reliability, high energy and situational maturity. I am usually told that I am head strong, possess leadership skills and that I have an entrepreneurial mindset. All thanks to some employers who trusted me on those lines and offered me good jobs. 
However I am still craving for a work that drives out the best in me. 
I have deleted all the so called "experience" from my profile. Several companies, many ups and downs and a deep understanding of the way people deal with situations everywhere, taught me a lot more than I expected. I am a lot more wilder and wiser, both now! 😜
But I am all set to explore! 🙂
