Contracted to set up the Partners in Travel Programme which was an affinity marketing programme aimed at large employers and charities. Discounted travel for staff/members/subscribers in exchange for promoting the scheme. We used templated ecomm woo commerce sites branded for each partner using the main engine from the B2C business. Roll out to all Travel Consultants after designing the training programme, quality testing and developing the online CPD programme for all staff. Signed up organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Liverpool Victoria and charities like The British Legion. The company became the fastest growing UK travel business and was purchased by Hayes Travel for an undisclosed amount!

Start-up to seven figure sales in 12 countries over three years, this was a lesson in scaling on steroids with massive challenges to overcome to manage the steep growth achieved. A real stretch of abilities and test of resilience to keep pace with the fast moving pace of this sector. From research and planning to building a strong board, raising the investment to delivering on the strategy.
